Showed up sooner than I expected, did quality work. Clean up and installation when without a problem Price was very reasonable, definitely would use again and recommend to others.

Replaced the shattered glass in the kitchen window which was taken out by an owl strike. I was impressed by the timeliness and efficiency of the repair. This is in spite of the fact that the first window pain was the wrong size. Just row days later the proper size came in and was installed.

They arrived the first time, (as scheduled and on time) to measure and prepare an estimate. After I approved the estimate they told me they would order the glass and schedule the installation after it arrived. As promised, they called, scheduled installation, and got here on time. The install went smoothly, they kept the area around the work clean and safe, very professional and capable. Both individuals who visited were courteous and personable. We are very satisfied with the new glass and felt the price was fair. Definitely a satisfied customer!

The installer brought the mirror in and installed the mirror to the wall. It is a nice beveled 36x30 inch mirror.

I worked with Mike. He was great! When painting our front door, we accidentally broke the glass putting everything back into place. Knowing we needed to take care of the situation ASAP, Mike came over on his day off to double check my measurements (which took about 30 seconds) and give me the final quote. Within a week the new glass had come in and he personally dropped the glass off with instructions on how to reinstall it (without breaking it). Very professional, timely, and kind. Would definitely use them again!

They returned my initial call, arrived to quote the job, scheduled the work, arrived to do the work, all on time and with professionalism. They were at my home for the amount of time they told me they would be there and cleaned up before leaving. The new glass pane looks great and has a 20yr warranty! I will not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a friend.

Great Customer Service! Great Quality! I am a repeat customer with Genesee Glass & Mirror. This past December I had requested three pieces of table top glass to be cut. When it was ready, I showed up one evening, paid, and left with my pieces. It wasn't until the next day when I realized I had showed up when their business was closed. Brett provided such great customer service. He could have easily told me to come back during normal business hours but he didn't, and he didn't even mention the fact that they were closed. I am so thankful for Brett and Genesee Glass & Mirror for always providing great customer service and quality glass products. I would definitely recommend!

Great install and came out looking very well done. The gap between the glass is very small. They arrived on time for measurements and install. Took about an hour total to complete We saved 10% due to Angie's List member Nothing bad to say.

The man was very professional from start to finish. He arrived promptly and had the window replaced in no time. Everything was cleaned up completely. He installed a glass that will shatter but not break.

The window broke on a Sunday and a technician came the next day. He measured the tempered glass which had to be ordered from the factory. I was told it would take two weeks and it was replaced two weeks to the day. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up every bit of the hundreds of glass pieces they removed. I was able to use an Angie's List coupon too.

From the initial phone call to the final results everything was excellent. Jerry,Brad, and Joe provided outstanding Customer Service.

This job was a bear. The fogged old thermopane had been glued into the door and our worker had to chip it out bit by bit. He did an awesome job, returning the next week with new molding to finish the job beautifully and professionally. We were extremely pleased with the results.

Brought the frame in and they explained the difference in price if getting a plain cut mirror or one w/a beveled edge. I chose the plain as the location of the mirror would be in a second bedroom and would look perfectly ok.

He took the measurements and provided them to the window company. When the windows arrived, he removed the old and inserted the new windows. It was very helpful to have that done for me. He was efficient, professional and nice.

I thought my skylight was leaking because of the water damage to the wood on the inside. Two of the three estimates agreed with my conclusion when they looked at the skylight. The Genesee representative knew that wasn't the problem because they had experience with the same problem. When the insulated double pane glass seal fails, the skylight is not insulated and as a result all the humidity in the room condenses on the underside of the glass and collects at the bottom of the frame. The frame was fine. Discolored, but NOT leaking. Because this brand of skylight used an extra long piece of glass, we had to wait a couple of days while it was made. When the glass was ready the repairman removed the old glass, installed the new panel in one day. I painted the frame with a couple of coats of stain blocker paint and the window works like new. No water leaking in, no condensation dripping into the room. Great job.

Genesee Glass responded promptly to a request to take a look at several double pane windows in our home which had lost their seals. They took measurements, gave us a quote (which we accepted), had the window panes fabricated, and returned in about four weeks to complete the installation. They were very professional in all aspects of the job.
