Showed up on time, and got right to work. Very professional and skillful. Covered the work area with drop cloths and was careful and respectful of my house. Performed the service explained everything that was done. Would definitely use them again.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have had Campbell Plumbing. Always on time, or calls if running late. Always cleans up, respects our property.

Very pleasant experience. George was able to come a day earlier then scheduled. Extremely thorough in detailing what he was going to do and the cost involved. All the reviewers were right, he is the guy to call if you have a plumbing issue.

They are very great and they did everything so perfectly. They did a very wonderful job and we just liked them. We will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Mr. Campbell advised me of his availablity and thhe would provide all necessary supplies. He arrived as scheduled, had all supplies needed and left the work area clean. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I called Saturday morning as I was without hot water totally.I received a return call within minutes.?After discussing options for my existing 15 + year old hot water heater, the owner was at my house within 6 hours with a new replacement. Great experience. Very professional.Highly recommend.

Before booking the appointment, I asked about having the right part since I didn't know the model number. I was assured that he carried all of the parts with him. G T Campbell arrived on time. But I became leary when he tried different cartridges hoping to find the right one. Seemed like trial by error - something I might do as a novice! He assembled the system with one cartridge that seemed to fit only to find out it was the wrong one. When he turned the water back on it leaked badly. So off he went to get the correct cartridge. When he returned, we were eating dinner so I didn't watch as closely as I should have. He came out of the bathroom saying it was all set. A quick look confirmed no more dripping so I paid him. The next day when taking the first shower, the handle came off in my hand. It was never properly tightened and when I attempted to do it myself, I discovered that the set screw cannot be tightened enough to secure the handle. Not sure what G T Campbell did wrong, but it was definitely wrong to take the money and leave with the handle in that state. I do not trust him to fix it.

George Campbell has been a really long-term plumber for me, and I would highly recommend him. He is always on time. I think his prices are fair, and he does a good job. I don't really shop out in his case; I have found somebody that I like a lot, so I have stuck with him. I would rate him highly and would definitely continue to use him.

George was very prompt in returning my call and was quick to set an appointment and give a detailed estimate including parts, labor and time to complete. He worked around my schedule to set a date and the installation was a total success. Workmanship was outstanding and the work area was spotless when he left. A job well done.

We called a couple of plumbers and George was by far the most responsive and punctual. Both of the showers ended up requiring complete replacements. George was very (VERY) fair and all of the work was accomplished only one day later than planned (parts). George did an excellent job and I will be calling him for additional plumbing needs.

My call was returned immediately and service was done within a matter of days. He explained each step to me and excplained way the cost of his service. We were very pleased with his service and have used him again for plumbing on our kitchen sink.

He came ahead of schedule, cut out the bad pipe installed copper replacement.Done!

George is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the faucet leak, but it didn't work so he came back for no charge and fixed it again. George is punctual, communicative, and honest. I would definitely call him in the future.

Everything was perfect! George was easy to get in touch with and when I had to leave a message he called back promptly. His price was way more competitive than other "major" plumbing services. It has been almost a month since the install and everything is great.

George returned my voice mail for an estimate quickly and scheduled an appointment to come over and give me an estimate quickly. He was on time, polite, and covered his shoes with those little footie things so he wouldn't track dirt into my place. When I finally decided to go with him, he helped me select the toilets, recommended 2 local stores to buy the toilets, and scheduled a date to do the work that was good for both of us. He picked up the toilets and started the work on time. Whenever he came to something unexpected he called me over and explained it to me. The original estimate was a day's worth of work and maybe needing to work the next day. He had to leave early because one of his other customers had an emergency. That was unexpected, but okay with me. He finished the work the next day and cleaned up fairly well. The price was EXACTLY what he quoted me and was significantly cheaper than other quotes I got. Also, many plumbers I spoke with insisted that you buy all your parts from them, but with George you have to buy your own stuff - which I like. He came back the next week to finish 2 small things (we needed a part that had to be specially ordered) and one of the new toilets had clogged. He unclogged the toilet and didn't charge me extra and said that if it clogged again he would uninstall it and return it. I highly recommend George!

George answered his phone when I called and set up a time to come over to give me and estimate the next day. The work was done the following week, as we both agreed upon. George was very punctual, professional, honest and came fully prepared for all agreed upon work. He is not only a pro, but also very reasonable cost wise! I actually had four things I wanted the plumber to look at while here. George answered the phone himself (his cell phone). When I called him to explain what the problems were, he spent a good amount of time on the phone going over each one. One of the things that I needed was a new garbage disposal. He told me what to get and where to get it, as it would cost more if he had to get it for me. We set an appointment for a few days later. He called ahead and was on time to the minute! He spent a lot of time looking at each of my problems. It turned out that none of those things needed immediate attention, so he was just going to replace the garbage disposal. Once he started the job, however, a part was missing from the box we had bought!! Since it would take a while to exchange it, we decided it would be better for him to come back the next day to complete the job, which he did at no extra charge. George was very personable and conscientious. He wore booties in the house and cleaned up after himself. After having so many problems with contractors in the past, my husband and I were so pleased to find someone who cares about their work and reputation.

He is very helpful. He is good at giving suggestions regarding the plumbing work. He is reliable and his prices are good.

Very well. The plumbing fixtures were too high for the sink so George came up with a way to make the valves a little lower. He inserted and caulked the sink, installed the dishwasher and faucets. There was even a part missing for the dishwasher installation and George went to the hardware store to get what he needed.

We called G.T. Campbell to determine whether repairs could be made to our 20 year old Kohler whirlpool tub which had leaking faucets and a leak from the vacuum break. George Campbell, with significant effort on his part, was able to locate replacement parts in the Rochester area despite the fact that Kohler had previously informed me that these parts were no longer available. In being able to complete the repair, George enabled us to postpone replacement of the whirlpool tub which would have been an expensive undertaking. George was extremely professional, called ahead prior to arrival, was careful to wear shoe covers in the house to avoid trekking dirt in on the carpets, was friendly and highly professional. Most importantly, his charge for the work done was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending G.T. Campbell for plumbing work for those living in the Rochester area.
