Description of Work: They have done multiple things for us. They decreasted water pressure in house to sucessfully stop water hammer. Currently installing shower & replacing a toilet & vanity. |More importantly, his approach is logical & thoughtfully. Before we started on the bathroom, there was a pipe in the floor that we thought was a set-up for a shower but we not sure. Of the 3 plumbers who looked at the job, he is the only one who opened the pipe & tested it to see if there was a trap there. The other two never opened the pipe, but recomended digging up the the concrete to see what was there. To us, his approach shows he is both knowledgeable, logical & experienced. We have been delighted with their work.

I was concerned as to whether he would come out to work where I livein Macedon/Gananda because he has listings all over Monroe County, but he works all of Monroe, Western-Wayne, and Ontario Counties. He returned my call within two hours and set up an appointment for the next day. He came to the house and was in and out in two hours and he even had a problem with getting the old disposal unit out. He fixed the problem and installed the new unit. He is very courteous and professional and I will use for all of my plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Removed old displosal and installed new disposal for kitchen sink.

He was able to repair rather than replace the complete valve, avoiding chopping holes in walls and spending double the money. He was neat, friendly, and professional. I won't call anyone else in the future.
Description of Work: George replaced two line valves and the cartridge on the shower valve.

+ -1 moreI called George Campbell because I saw his name on Angie's List. I had not used him before. I called and asked for help with a new faucet and garbage disposal. I also told him that I needed it done within a couple of days. George gave me a time and day that fit my schedule. Then he suggested what disposal and faucet to buy and where to get the best price. On the day he was scheduled, he called a half-hour before the time he was due and asked if it was still a good time to come over. He showed up right on time. George installed the disposal, and was able to fix the faucet, instead of replacing it. He was fast, professional, and saved us money on the new faucet. I am so glad to have found this company. I will never have to worry about finding a good plumber again.

He had all of the supplies needed and made sure everything was working. He then showed me where to shut water supplies off should I need to. Overall did a great job.
Description of Work: Added a water line from humidifier to hot water heater. After the humidifier was installed the technician did not know how to hook it up since builder used pex vs. copper lines.
