Fish Window Cleaning

This company did a terrible job washing our windows. We would NOT recommend them nor would we have them again!!! The windows were not washed well. The screens were left with spider webs and were not installed properly after "washing". The window wells were filthy when they were finished. They sent someone back and he did not finish the job either. We had this company wash our windows last year and they did a great job, which is why we had them come back this year. NEVER AGAIN!! We wasted our money!!

The estimator was prompt and professional. The window cleaner was prompt and professional. The results were excellent. Removed screens as necessary. Cleaned three outside light fixtures.

Very good. Very responsive upon purchase. Workers were friendly and communicating what they'd be doing. Very satisfied.

Went great. The owner came out and gave me an estimate. A few days later, the service was performed and went well. We'll have them back next Spring.

Excellent work. All of our windows are sparkling clean. The telephone staff does a great job of setting up appointments. They are always cheerful and helpful. They make you feel like you are their only customer.

it was a lot of windows, so they came right away and looked at job and said they would give me an estimate in a week or 2. I never heard back from them

Shoddy work. The gutters I can see from second floor windows are still clogged with debris. Second floor gutter not cleaned either, it overflows the sides almost immediately when it starts raining.

They were prompt and did a good job.

They never provided estimates for doing any of the requested work. They declined to do any work after I sent them several gentle e-mail reminders over multiple weeks. They cited unspecified safety concerns for their decision to decline the work. They claimed the delay in answering the reminders was that they had the wrong email address, but, of course, they seemed to be able to send me some e-mails just fine when I originally paid for the service. No other service provider has ever refused to do work on my property including other gutter cleaning businesses Last email was from Andrew Yates, General Manager. When asked to provide more specific details of their concerns, they just stopped answering my inquiries. Maybe I was the one unlucky customer. I can't comment on the work they do, since they did no work for me. I finally requested a refund from Angie's List. That part seemed to go smoothly,

They were prompt, did a great job, and were in and out of here FAST. The office people are a delight to work with, as well.

I only marked fair on Punctuality and Responsiveness, as the first appointment was missed by them, and they did not contact me to reschedule another appointment . After a week, I contacted them. That time the appointment was kept and the service was great.

My vinyl sided house was filthy. I was looking for an offer and saw one from Fish last May and bought it. Zach showed up at 9:20 (a B for punctuality as he was supposed to be there by 9) and did an excellent job. The house looks clean again. The other B I gave was for the price. There were other offers later for less however, I doubt the other companies would surpass the results I got from Fish. If I could give higher than an A I would.

Excellent. Scheduled promptly and completed the job soon after I purchased the deal. Cleared up after finished.

Gutter cleaning. After I asked for an estimate I n window cleaning, I was advised that if the price was within my budget, that they do them after cleaning gutters. The price was well within my budget, even cheaper than I expected. When finished, my windows were crystal clear with no mess. Excellent professionals.

The workers were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, interactions with the owner were very professional.

It took them about 2hrs. and they worked throughout the time. We were impressed by how polite and friendly the two workers were and in how thoroughly they did the job.
