I spoke on the phone with Laura, and we exchanged a few emails. She told me an estimator would come to my house to look at the job, and that I could expect an email giving me a price. After about a week went by I still had no estimate, so I sent another email inquiring about its status. No response.

Chris & Zach did a great job. They were very professional and personable.

Brandon did a great job and was very pleasant. He was most accommodating in terms of the work he performed.

He came and cleaned the gutter, but I noticed a piece of branch on the gutter, and I called them again. They cleaned it again.

Just fine - they did a thorough and professional job, put back the gutter shields that had been blown off in a storm (without my even asking), and removed a tiny rose-of-sharon bush that had begun to grow in the gutter.

The cleaners did an excellent job. Absolutely no complaint and I will definitely hire again.

I came home and the gutters were clean

The windows looked great when they were done, but there were a few problems including a broken storm window, damaged screen, as well as a few windows that needed streaks removed. They took the storm and screen for repair. I called the office the next day about the other issues. They were very responsive and came back to view the issues, remove the streaks on the windows, and install the repaired storm. Many of the issues we experienced were due to a summer hire on the job, working with a regular employee. The regular employee was excellent, responsive, and professional. My only complaint was how long it took to get the screen back, almost 4 weeks. I would definitely hire Fish again as they stood by their work and were very responsive in addressing the issues we experienced.

Job was acceptable. They are overpriced. I have since found someone who is more fairly priced and does an excellent job.

I was impressed with this company. I purchased a vinyl siding wash on Angie's List (special promotion) and did not know if I was going to get cheap service or not. The company called the very next day to schedule the work and did it the day after that. I was impressed that they even called me. I figured it was my responsibility to call them since I bought the coupon. I was not going to be home when they did the job, so I asked that they give me a call when they arrive. They did. My next door neighbor was home at the time and said they spent a good deal of time and did a thorough job. My neighbor had his done for almost twice the amount of money from another company and will use Fish next year as a result of what he saw. I walked around the house after they completed the work and I was pleased.

Although I said I would hire again I'm not sure if I would use Fish again. I was contacted immediately after purchasing the deal and a day/time was scheduled. The day of the cleaning a storm moved through the area in the morning and another one was expected in the afternoon. When the team was late I called the company to inquire if they were just running late due to storm or if we needed to reschedule. I did not get a call back. I got home later in the afternoon and the team was here and cleaning my gutters. It appeared they were doing a good job and cleaned up their mess when completed. I was told everything was good. A storm was moving in so I'm not sure if they rushed to get completed before the storm but, as I mentioned, the completed job wasn't what I expected. To the company's credit, I did not call and ask what I should expect or to have them visit again to do a better job.

Very prompt. As soon as I bought the coupon, I called them. They picked up on first call and scheduled service the next day. I didn't even need to be at home for it. Seem to have done a good job.

I received an email the same day that I purchased the service through Angie's List with options for schedules. I replied and my choice was confirmed the next day. The company representative arrived a few minutes early and we briefly spoke. She went straight to work and finished very quickly. The debris was bagged and on the curb for pickup, and the yard looked better than when she arrived. The next day it rained and all the downspouts were clearly running (something that was not happening beforehand). I will probably hire again next year. It had been three years since new gutters were installed.

Randy did a great job!! He was punctual, personable and most professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. He knew what he was doing and seemed to have window and gutter cleaning down to a science. Would definitely recommend!!

Fish did a fantastic job. Everyone from the schedulers to the guys who did the work went above and beyond what I expected. Fish is worth every penny. I will use again next year.

Well once I finally got an estimate, they came out to my house without calling first, therefore they didn't now which windows I wanted cleaned, it took me a while playing phone tag to get them back out to redo the estimate, they scheduled a date to come out to clean fairly quickly. The 2 men who came out to clean the windows did a great job!
