Fish Window Cleaning

Alex arrived on time and was very pleasant and thorough. Very neat and just went along non stop, and ensured all windows were spotless. They are sparkling clean and I'm very pleased. Would have liked an estimate on the additional charges before service, but I should have pursued that further.

It didn't go!!!! They never even contacted me. I paid $99.00 for the service, and am wondering what happened and if I can get my money back? If they are too busy right now, it would have been OK If they would have just contacted me and set a date for the future. I am wondering if I was scammed by them. Not a good way to do business. Don't understand why I was not contacted by them. Can you please help me? Thank you, Anne

Fish does a great job. I have used them before and they never disappoint. They clean the inside & outside of my windows, tracks, and screens.

It couldn't have gone any more perfect than it did.

Very efficient and friendly workers. They came back the next day to do a window they'd skipped because we forgot to remove the screen. It was of the type that had to be removed from inside the house.

Worker was supposed to come with someone else, the other worker had a family emergency so one worker came alone (I can't remember his name although he did give it).He had called to say he was coming late because of this so I had no problem. He showed up worked VERY hard and was done in a reasonable amount of time. I also had my gutters cleaned. I was very happy with the work and how clean he kept my carpet and furniture. I would use this company again and recommend to a friend.

It went well. I don't have to be at home since FISH only did the outside of the windows.

I kind of forgot about this one but as I recall they were on time and performed the services well. To be clear, unlike some other gutter cleaning services I'd used in the past, they didn't just dump the stuff out on the driveway! I don't know if anyone else has had the happen but lets just say that it wasn't good. These were fine and I would use them again.

Second time I have used them ... they do a great job, move fast and are very courteous and professional.

This is the second time we have used this service, and are very happy with both their process and the outcome. I had a visit from an estimator within a couple days of my request, and scheduled for service the same week as acceptance of the estimate. Two profesional considerate technicians arrived and worked quickly. They did a fine job. We will use them again.

What went right: Workers were courteous. Great job cleaning the windows. Flexible to adjust their scope during the job to clean 2 interior french doors. The estimate process was timely and efficient. The work (with two exceptions) was done as scheduled. What didn't go right: The window sills were not cleaned. The gutters were not cleaned at the time originally scheduled. We had to follow up with them to get that work rescheduled. If we wouldn't have called, it may have been completely overlooked even though we paid at the time of service. When we called to reschedule the gutter cleaning, they couldn't commit to a reschedule date. One week after the original work date, the workers arrived unannounced and cleaned the gutters. One storm which was removed was not reinstalled. The Angie's list members discount was not applied. This is the first time we used Fish. We heavily relied on the positive reviews and ratings from Angie's List to make our selection. We are disappointed that we did not have the same experience that many others have had with Fish. Given our experience, we will give another company a try in the fall.

They did a fantastic job! We're going to have them come back every couple of months to keep them clean. He was very friendly too.

Mike and Chris came when to my home at the designated time. They were very professional and did a wonderful job with my windows. I had some questions regarding what I thought was a stain on my class in the florida room and they explained that a seal on my window had broken and the smoky spot on my window was caused by condensation. They gave me the name of a company that they use that my be able to repair this for me. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend them and will have them back again.

I contacted Fish Window cleaning for an estimate for washing our windows. The president of the company came out within several days to see our house. He politely knocked on the door and explained who he was and that he would be walking around the house to be able to give us an accurate work estimate. I received his estimate within a day or two with complete information about the company and what they would were promising to do. The estimate was not the lowest I received but seemed fair and the level of professionalism was clearly superior. I called the company and was able to set a date for about a week and a half later for the work to be done. The cleaners came on time and worked very hard. They were courteous and discussed with me some problems they discovered in terms of broken seals and worn out screens. Before they left, they encouraged me to check all the windows to see if they had been done to my satisfaction. The had overlooked 2 interior windows in the garage. I asked about this and they immediately apologized and cleaned them on the spot. The work was all very well done and the professionalism of the whole operation impressive.

Great. They showed up on time, were professional, and respectful of my home, dogs, and privacy.

They were really fast with delivering a quote. A pair of workers showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. Overall, the windows look great. Way better then before the cleaning. After they were gone i noticed a few streaky spots, but overall they did a good job. They finished my two story house with some tough to reach windows in 2.5 hours. I would use them again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! They were prompt, very professional & efficient. I have hardwood floors on my 1st floor & they brought in padded tarps to protect them. They gave a 2 hr window for arrival when I booked the appointment but that day I had a schedule change. When I called the office that day, Laura was able to tell me exactly when Paul & John would be arriving and they were there! I will never clean my own windows & storms again! All windows & storms are clean & streak free & all the screens are vacuumed!! I will be calling again in the spring to have all this done again.

Amazing work. I find myself looking out the windows a whole lot more and enjoying the view. Like night and day. Really excellent. The cleaner was an artist with his work. Would highly recommend. The lady on the phone was so sweet!

A crew of two very courteous and professional men cleaned all of our windows inside and out including screens. They did an excellent job, were careful about things in front of the windows, came on time, and charged a reasonable price. We plan to hire them again.

They were very customer- focused and came to my home in advance of the work with an estimate and explanation of their services. They then showed up as scheduled and worked quickly to get the job done. We were very satisfied and I would use them again so I recommend them to a friend and neighbor.

Young lady arrived on the dot and worked continuously all day, not missing a spot. Friendly, efficient, professional. Impressive!
