The plumber arrived on time, did his work (even though there were several unplanned obstacles) and departed with all work completed and all works areas cleaned up. We love the new faucets he installed! For the washing machine control faucet work, because of mis-alignment in the original connecting fitting, the plumber had to remove and solder in new water connectors. We were not charged for this extra time and expense! We were extremely pleased with the overall quality and value of the work done.

Fishers responded right away which I was pleased with and they did great work. They were very clean and neat and the location is fantastic as they are close to me. I find them completely honest, trustworthy and they are very personable.

We got Fischer Plumbing's name from Angie's List. We called and made an appointment to have them come in to snake our clogged drain. They did not show up at the appointment time, and there was no phone call to explain the reason. We finally called them and was told that they were running late. After more than 2 hours waiting without seeing any sign of the company, we called and canceled the service.

Since it wasn't a complete emergency, we called them Monday morning. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and cordial. She said someone could come out in the early afternoon, and she would call and give me a heads-up. She called just before 1 p.m. and said Gary was just finishing his lunch and would be at my house in about a 1/2 hour, and he was. Gary was pleasant, courteous, efficient, neat, clean and no butt crack. He assessed the problem, kept me informed of what he was doing (and didn't mind doing so), fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. Then, instead of asking for cash right then and there, he said I'd be billed. He was great and so was the service. And when I got the bill, they gave me a $10 discount because I mentioned Angie's List! Cool.

They were very good and reasonable.

Prompt, friendly service. Quick and clean. Pricey, though; a $130 fee for a $14 part and 15 minutes of work. I would call again, but definitely get an estimate for a bigger job.

He came out quickly to look at a leaking shower tub (we had a wet ceiling in the kitchen!). He was friendly and professional.

After hours of trying to resolve the problem myself, I realized I was in over my head. The technician who did the work was most professional in appearance and deportment, and his work was extraordinarily neat and clean. He carefully explained what was needed and why before any work had began. He was on the job at exactly the time promised. (What a change that was!)

It has only been a couple of weeks, but the dishwasher seems to be holding up. Fischer Plumbing cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the kitchen.

Excellent communication skill of the person who came over and helped talk to the tile company. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. They also came over very quickly!

Fischer Plumbing came out during the holiday to work on the drain for me. I appreciated that they responded quickly. I also liked that they explained the work they were going to do before they did it.
