Very prompt, came the next day. Courteous and thorough. Reasonable price and fair. Did not seem to charge extra for little things. I would definately use in the future.

I called on the day of my closing to have a garage door repaired. It was missing the springs. I saw that Felluca had an excellent rating from Angie's list. I was pleasantly surprised when the man on the phone said they could come right away! The service technician arrived as promised and was thorough and professional. Did an excellent job. Will have Felluca return to install the opener next week.

I was especially pleased that Rich recommended the most conservative approach to the problem rather than try to sell me additional equipment and services. This compares with a negative experience I had with Precision Doors, which I reviewed earlier. I recommended Felluca to two neighbors and was pleased that they both had positive experiences with the company. Felluca deserves its excellent reputation, and Rich should be commended for his personal and professional qualities which made this experience such a positive one.

My garage door openers had failed. They were original to the house (1978), and it was clear that the day would come for them to fail. I called on Monday seeking replacements and explained my situation. The person came out the next morning to replace the door openers. The new ones have all of the modern features that the old ones didn't. The people at the company were very helpful to schedule the service right away because of my situation. The person who did the work at my house was on time and very professional and helpful. It could not have been a better experience.

I checked Angie's List and saw J Felluca right on top of the ratings. I remembered I had used them 10 years ago to replace an old garage door on my previous house and had a good experience then. I called them at 11:50 AM from Macedon, NY (they are located just north of downtown Rochester). Delightful conversation with the gentleman who answered. He told me that he would have someone there between 1 PM and 3 PM to repair the spring. After a long pause, he asked if I was still there. I laughed and told him I didn't know what to say to that kind of responsiveness. The truck arrived at 2 PM and the job was done by 2:30. Amazing. The repairman asked if I wanted to replace both springs, which made sense since the unbroken one was also 16 years old. Kind of like replacing both headlights when only one is burned out. Not sure about the pricing, but the revierw I read (and my previous experience with them) indicate competitive pricing overall, so I didn't bother with a group of estimates. Overall, friendly, professional and effective - and unbelievably quick from phone call to finished job.. Very pleased.

We live in Parma. Both springs on our door broke at the same time Thursday evening. I called Felluca at 8 am Friday. They dispatched Sean, who lives in Hamlin. Sean arrived around 8:30 am Friday. He had both springs replaced, and the garage door opening smoother than it has for many years, by 9:30am. The problem was fixed 1and 1/2 hours after I called! And, the price was very reasonable!

Felluca to the rescue again! Our 2 car garage door broke a spring over the weekend. I called at 8:15 Monday morning and they were at my house at 9:00 the same morning and done by 9:15. Replaced both garage door springs and adjusted and tested the door. It works great again. This is the second time we've used Felluca and not the last. The employees are always courteous on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for a job well done

Very quick to call me back, very quick to get to my house and repair the garage door. Very Very pleased with the service. I don't know if the price was competitive, yet, I suspect that it was. I couldn't be happier!

Very quick and professional job from start to finish, with the quote process and the replacement of the old system. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs a new garage door.

I called Felluca in a panic on a terrible snowy day because my garage door would go down and spring right back up by the mechanical opener. We recently purchased the house and I have never had an automatic garage door opener. I had no idea how to get the door shut or what to do. The technician on the phone was very kind and understanding and explained how to override the door opener. He said he would try to get a technician out the next day but that I may have to wait 2 days because of the snow. To my extreme appreciation, they were able to come out the next day and do a full diagnosis, tune up, grease all the parts and adjust the opener within a 25 minute visit.

This is a very good company. When existing door broke with car in garage they responded to my call within twenty minutes. Manually freed door and put me in touch with sales representative who came to my house promptly the next morning. He assisted me with choice of best door in my price range. He scheduled installation appointment at my convenience and the installer arrived precisely on time. Work was performed in two hours and is of high quality. Installer was personable and professional. Don't think you can go wrong with these folks. I am very pleased.

When the technician came, from the very first sentence, he started to upsell. Bump labor from $64 to $95; add $25 for the track (which they knew it's distorted when given the estimate); another $25 for the door opener hinge (not sure about the name); another $15 for 3 door hinges. He also complained that I should have not remove the bottom section of the door -- it maybe a valid complaint, but as a trained engineer myself, I'm sure that's the only way to get the stuck roller out -- in any case he's just trying to make it such a big deal. Adding to the insult, he gave me the subtotal at $198 before tax when he wrote the estimate, another $30 higher than what he just told me a minute ago. Wow! This is the perfect example what gives the garage door contractors such a bad name. Eventually I used Overhead Door Co., and they did the exactly same job for $116, exactly what they said on the phone. No upsell, no insane priced parts.
