A spring broke on our garage door leaving the door stuck down. I called Felluca a few minutes before 500pm requesting help. Since we didn't need the cars that night, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Right at the appointment time, the Felluca repairman showed up. The repairman discussed the pro's and con's of replacing both springs as they were of the same age. It made sense and I had him go ahead and do it. The repair was made quickly and garage door inspected and found to be working correctly. I could not have asked for faster or more courteous service.

Problem quickly diagnosed and repaired.

Called for service on broken cable on garage door. Felluca able to come out the very next morning to perform the repair. The repairman was professional, on time (even slightly earlier than expected), quickly replaced garage door cables and installed a brace that was much needed for warping garage door track. The repair cost was very reasonable. Our garage door works better and quieter than ever. We will definitely hire Felluca for any future garage service that we need.

Guys showed up on time and ready to work. They went right to it and were done with tear down and set up in just about 2 hours. Checked on them twice very personable and very efficient. No mess was left at all and the door looks fantastic.

Great! Spring broke on a Sunday. I called and left a message on Sunday to "get in line" for Monday. I called Monday morning, springs were replaced by xxxxx. I thought cost was reasonable for 2 heavy duty torsion springs, installed. Tech performed general inspection and adjustment of opener belt tension.

I went to showroom to see the product and set up appointment for someone to come and measure. I needed them to wait a month before installation which was no problem. Installation was as explained. Everything went smoothly.

The estimate was the same price that I had received in the fall. The sales guy said it was only good till the end of May. This seemed like a bit of misleading advertising to me. I always used them in the past, but will reconsider from now on.

The garage door was replaced and connected to our existing automatic door opener. The new door looks nice and operates well. The area was clean after the work was performed. The technician was friendly and showed me how to use the emergency door release mechanism.

The representative told me that they could not perform the work until two days had passed, and laughed when I said I would call another company.

I called at 8:30 in the morning and by 9:30 they were here. While on the phone, I asked about 2 springs instead of one (had been reading about it on the internet), and the person on the phone answered why 2 springs are not necessarily better than one. But on to the work. Ron performed the repair, and was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He explained there is maintenance (lubrication) on the system and demonstrated what to do twice per year. He was done in under an hour. The cost was $144 with parts, labor and tax,

I placed the service order yesterday online. Felluca Overhead Doors Inc. called me back soon afterwards to get some additional information and to schedule a time to come over and fix the problem. We agreed that our service person, Mike, would arrive around 8am. He was here a few minutes after. He promptly took care of the work required, was clean & professional looking and very courteous. It was a great experience. If I'm need of additional repairs or a replacement garage door, I'll be contacting them first. Great job. Thanks.

Shaun with Felluca Overhead Door, Inc. took my call and was very knowledgeable of my installation questions. Our garage door opener was about 20 years old and the gears stripped. We wanted to install a new system for the updated features such as the keyless entry. Shaun scheduled the appointment and the service provider arrived timely. He was also very knowledgeable and try to up the price once arrived. The quoted price was 185.00 and upon completion the total price was 195.00 as we purchased two blubs just incase our happens to go out in the future. We might very soon update with a new garage door and Felluca is going to be first on my list to call.

They came within hours of me calling. I was unable to get my wheelchair out of the garage. They were professional and efficient.

Went great! Spring broke 11:30 this morning, repairs completed 1:15. Door working fine. Price reasonable. I called Felluca about 11:00 this morning. I was told the price would probably be $145, and repairman would arrive in 1-2 hours. Repairman arrived about 12:45 was done about 1:15, and price was $145. Perfect!

Ron was our service provider and he was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about him. Explained why we were having the difficulty, showed us how to maintain the door and tracks and coils to get the most out of Garage door life. I was so impressed at the speed of the service arrival to my intial call and the completion of the service. The tension spring blew up early Monday morning, stranding our cars in the garage. The door was just too heavy to be opened by hand. I called at 8AM, and by 9:30 the tech was already working on it. Everything was done in less than half an hour- there was not a wasted move by the tech. Very happy with expediency and professionalism!

I called Felluca at 10:30, they arrived by noon and fixed the problem under 15 minutes!

My garage door spring broke last night. This morning I called Felluca and only a few hours later a tech arrived at my house. Nice, professional, and quick service. My door was repaired in less than an hour and the labor costs were more than reasonable. Very satisfied!

How disappointed we were to return from an evening out to discover our garage door wouldn't open. Upon inspection we noticed that the spring had broken on our double garage door. Great! We have never needed a garage door replaced nor repaired. So we began to complain, as couples always do in these situations, about how much it will cost and how long it will take someone to come out and fix it. I called Felluca the next morning, a little after 9 am and spoke to Mike. He surprised me when he asked, "Do you want someone to come out today?" "Uh, yeah, if that is possible." I replied. "I'll have someone out there in about an hour." Mike answered. "Ok, thanks!" Again, I responded, surprised and relieved. Sure enough, Rich knocked at our door just shy of 10 am. Within a half hour the garage door was fixed! Made me regret cursing the repair gods the night before. Thank you Mike, Rich and Felluca doors. :)

The worker that came was very efficient and checked things to make sure everything was working properly. He also did cleanup on everything and he also put in a new garage door opener for my car. He was very helpful and very nice.

I was leaving for work around 6:45am and when I closed my garage door, I noticed it clicked and went back up about a foot and a half. I parked my car in front of my property, walked inside and tried opening and closing the door again without success. I called Felluca before 7am. I left a message for their service department (they do not open until 8am). Right at 8am I received a call, I was told they could send someone in about an hour to hour and half. The repair person came in at 9am, his name is Rich. He was prompt, courteous, and finished the job in a great time frame. A little after 9:30am Rich was done, my garage door is working beautifully and I was able to finally get to work. The cost was very reasonable. I have called them once before and received the same level of service, excellent. I will keep using their services.
