I called first thing in the morning & asked about repairing my opener. I was told there would be someone in my area today & he could have someone there by 11:00am. Sure enough, a gentleman came to my home & repaired my opener. He gave me some pointers on how to do simple preventative maintenance. Professional & personable, the price was in range of what I expected to pay.

A truly professional approach form start to finish. They responded to my phone call.. set time to visit and give information and costs and provided outstanding service in installing the over head garage door opener. I was given clear and simple information by very able people. I found the service outstanding in every way.

The gentleman arrived I believe around 2:30 pm. He introduced himself as Ron. I explained the situation to him and showed him the piece we had broke. He was able to fix it in no time at all. He was so polite and generous. It was a pleasure doing business with him and look forward to using his services again when the weather gets warmer. I had inquired about one of our remote control for the garage door opener had stopped working and I asked Ron if it needed a new battery. He explained that he would need to reprogram the garage door opener itself. I had my son-in-law do some remodeling in my garage and he left a small opening for the garage door opener. It is not big enough and Ron made me aware that another opening would be necessary in order for him to get to it properly. He also let me know that if the other one stops working we can bring it right out to their business and they can fix right at the front desk. Again, I want to express how wonderful the service that Ron provided us.

When a cable or spring goes with a. car in the garage, you hope for a quick response. Felluca had a tech at my home within an hour after my Monday morning call. We've used them before for openers, cables, and springs and always have had great service. Tim was courteous and obviously knows his business. He noted to me that our 32 year old door was nearing end of life and provided replacement suggestions without sales pressure. We'll use Felluca for the new door based on our long-term experience with the company.

Steve arrived precisely on time and the job was finished in 3 hours. He replaced our 16' old wooden garage door with new door. I was surprised he was alone but he was experienced and able to do by himself. Installation was first class and he left the area clean. Overall I was pleased with Felluca. One minor issue was they were not proactive in scheduling my installation. The door had to be ordered and it was only after I followed up with them 5 weeks after placing order did they admit door had arrived and they could now schedule install date. This wasn't a big deal for us since we were in no rush - just seemed odd that they wouldn't be on phone scheduling install as soon as the door arrived.

Showed up same day and on time on a Saturday morning. Worked efficiently without supervision. The tech went over the maintenance suggests and job before he left. It went perfectly and the price seemed reasonable for the work. Didn't try to up sell us at all. Absolutely no complaints.

I called three garage door companies in an attempt to get a broken spring replaced on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. One said they could come the following Tuesday and the other told me Wednesday would be the soonest they would come. Upon calling Felluca I was told they would come before noon of the following day. The technician showed up Saturday morning, as promised and had the door operational within 30 minutes. I was not charged weekend rates. In fact the price I paid was less than half what I was charged by Roly Door 4 years ago (albeit for Sunday service). I will definitely use Felluca Garage Door Co. in the future.

My wife and I stopped in the show room to look at doors. We met with sales person who was thorough, he gave us an estimate on the job, we set a date of the next day for him to come to our house and take measurements. He showed up at the appointed tme took measurements and gave me the price which was the same as the estimate. I asked if there were any discounts for AAA or Seniors and he took $100.00 off. We agreed and he stated it would be 2-4 weeks before the door came in. After 1 month I called the office to inquire about the door was informed that the door was in and was able to schedule installation two days later (Saturday). Gary the installer was on time 8AM and the job was completed by 2PM. Gary was competent, complete and neat. The old door and all debris was taken away and we are very pleased with the whole process.

On 4/28 my garage door failed to open. I called Felluca and talked to Tim, and he came out to my house that afternoon for an estimate. He diagnosed the problem as a worn drive gear in the opener, and offered to fix just that. My garage door was a 20+ year old wooden door, and the opener was at least 12 years old, so I had been anticipating replacing both of them in the near future. Tim measured my door, showed me what my options were, and we settled on a new insulated Wayne-Dalton steel door and LiftMaster opener, to be installed on 4/30. The 2 installers showed up on time and had the old door and opener removed and the new door and opener in place in about 2 hours. They showed me how to operate everything and had the remotes set up and ready to use. They gave me all the manuals and explained what maintenance was recommended and when to do it. The new door and opener work very smoothly and quietly, and look great. I am extremely happy with the work they did, and I would not hesitate to recommend Felluca for any garage door service or sales.

They were wonderful. I got recommendations from other people. It was so prompt because the garage door kind of fell apart so they're coming tomorrow which is great. The other thing is that they did not oversell me. Apparently, there is a law that if you don't have a garage door opener with a safety, you have to have a safety catch where you hit it, it has to go back up. He said you have one that goes back up so we'll just use yours. He totally could have oversold me, I didn't know that.

He fixed the problem quickly and discussed the adviseability of replacing the 55 year old wooden door. I will have them replace it. They have always done good work for a reasonable price and have never pressured us for a sale.

Had an issue the following day and they came and fixed it promptly with no additional charges.

It went well. He did show up later than I originally thought he was supposed to show up, but I didn't bother asking about it, it wasn't that big of a deal to me at the time. He worked very hard for about a half a day on getting the doors removed, the new ones on and working properly. Our garage is very old and the space created between the doors is small, so that was a challenge. We knew that going into this because they explained it to us when they gave us the estimate. The price their quoted was the price we paid, so we were happy with that. We are happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

Came to the house to provide a quote for repair of a garage door. Quote for repair work was quite high since the recommendation was for a complete replacement of a dented nine year old door..

A chipmunk chewed a hole in the gasket on the bottom of the door. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Mark was there right on time and replaced the gasket , adjusted another door, lubricated and checked all three doors. He even fixed the outdoor garage lights!!! Dave was my salesman and installed the decorative hardware perfectly. Everyone that I have dealt with from Felluca has been wonderful!

This is a great company to deal with. Our garage door stopped working on Thursday. I scheduled to have these guys out the following Monday. They showed up on time (they actually had to wait for me to get home) and the tech was extremely good. Fixed the problem very quickly at a minimal cost. I also liked that there was zero upsell pressure. He showed up, fixed the problem and that was it. I will definitely use them going fwd for anything garage-door related.
