Description of Work: Not sure this is the right forum but since you asked...I sent them an email via Angie's List on 10/30. I inquired about a repair for my garage door. To date, I haven't rec'd a response. Maybe I was supposed to provide my phone #? I figure an email sent should get an email reply. This was my first time using Angie's List so I'm not impressed. I'll keep looking.

Description of Work: This was quick and easy. I liked the worker who came to the house, and I got no sense he was trying to talk me into getting more done than was needed to repair my balky garage door (unlike some from other companies I've had out). Very satisfied.

Their guy was here within an hour. He replaced the broken spring quickly and expertly and I was on my way. Very impressive !

Description of Work: Salesman gave a quote without telling me when it expired. I contacted him a couple of months after the original quote and was told the price increased and the lead time was 4 weeks (1week with original quote). The salesman was curt and would not work with me. I went to a competitor and was paid $200.00 less for the same door.

Description of Work: Felluca replaced an old garage door with a new one. They came for the estimate and the service appointments exactly on time and could not have done a better job. While not the lowest cost, their product, service, and responsiveness are exceptional. They have serviced our garage door for years and I have always been pleased.
