Our garage door died in the up position. Even though it was as old as the hills, we had hoped it might be repairable. We chose Felluca based on how close they were and their Yellow Pages ad. It was a great choice. They had a person out to the house within a day. He took one look and told us that it had to be replaced. He suggested a few options and recommended a middle price unit that was made in the US. We agreed and scheduled the appointment. My wife was home when they came. The job went by very quickly and the installer talked my wife through every step of programming the door and discussed what to do if things went wrong. We were really happy with the experience -- and to have a closing door.

Our garage door was in bad shape and needed work. Then it jumped the track and couldn't be opened. We called Felluca for an appointment on Friday and met with a salesman on Saturday. In 15 minutes he had examined the door and gave us an estimate for replacing it ($525). Even though we were intending to replace it he made sure to give us an estimate to repair the existing door ($80). Because their Angie's List reputation was so good and the price quoted was lower than I expected I went with this as my first and only estimate. We choose to replace the door and he went through the options we had. Total time from him arriving to signing the contract was about 30 minutes. Because it was the weekend salesman was unable to schedule installation. I called Monday and was given an appointment with a 2 hours range on Tuesday. The installer showed up in the given time frame and took about 3 hours to remove the old door and install the new one. He removed the old door but left a few small leftover parts for us to dispose of. The new door looks and works excellently. The entire job was faster and cheaper than I expected.

Great service. Was able to do the whole job three days after I called, and they did it quickly. The service was prompt and professional. Overall, excellent value for quality of product and installation. Would call again for any future work.

Overall the whole experience was great. I did not start out completely satisfied but they showed their true colors and commitment to service making me 100% satisfied. When I first called them, they gave me an estimate and scheduled a time to do the job within 24 hours. On the scheduled day, the worker showed up to do the job but when I returned home the work was not done and no note was left. I had to follow up with them the following afternoon after hearing nothing. When I did, the gentleman I spoke to was very good at taking care of the issue and sent someone out to my home to make sure they could get it done right and provide me with an accurate explanation of what needed to be done. They came out two days later and did all of the work for a reasonable amount. Other than me having to follow up with them I would give them an A+++. They more than redeemed themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Felluca did an excellent job. They first tried to repair the garage door by replacing one part. When it did not work the next day, they came out immediately and were able to schedule to replace the opener within two days. They credited us for all of the labor and parts from the attempted repair. Our entire experience with Felluca was very positive and we would definitely recommend them.

Felluca was a great experience for me from start to finish. The phone reception was professional and it was nice talking to someone with a personality. Too many times you get contractors who could really care less, not these guys. I was hoping to be able to swing home and watch the work that was performed but they were too efficient. The door operates smoother than it has ever in the past. A great job and I highly recommend these guys.

Dave Lindsay came to our home at our convenience and after listening to our needs and presenting his company's options, offered a very competitive estimate to us. We signed the contract and, as promised, the gentleman who books the jobs for Felluca phoned the next day to make the installation appointment. The appointment was made for a day convenient for me, which was less than a week away. The installer showed up on time, and the work promptly began. Our double-wide garage door was installed exactly as expected, including new springs, tracks, etc. The installer even shored up our existing garage door opener unit, making it more secure to the garage rafters. Our old door was completely removed and hauled away. Everything was completed and cleaned up in just over 90 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Felluca.

Okay. Arrived on time but then had to go back because he did not have the right parts, said he would be back in one to one and a half hours even though he had a van which could have carried all the parts. Returned in less than one hour but more than 45 minutes. Did a very good job and was very pleasant to deal with.
