My sister in Rochester called me in a panic (I live in Rhode Island), knowing that I have an Angie's List membership. She has very large trees on her property and several large limbs had come down on a neighbor's garage. She needed a good name for tree service. After researching the options, I sent her Expert Tree. She called them and was immediately contacted by Art. Even though they are really busy, he had a crew over within one day. They trimmed the trees, cleaned up all the fallen limbs, stacked the wood where she asked and generally cleaned up. My sister said they were very professional at all times. She is very, very pleased with the work done, the neighbor is thrilled and she said the yard looks better than when they arrived. Thank you Art for a great job!

They showed up as promised. We did a walk thru to confirm what trees were going. Very professional & Very polite. AND did what they said they would do!! I've used them in the past and will continue to do so as well as refer them to others!

Called Art in the morning about getting an estimate for tree removal. He was able to stop by 20 minutes later with a reasonable estimate, that was more affordable than some of the other companies I had talked to. Not only that, he was able to get his crew in the same day, about an hour later, to do the job. They finished in a timely manner, kept the yard clean, and did a great job with the tree. No complaints, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Expert Tree Service came out (initially 2 guys) to the house and spent most of the morning climbing trees and doing a much overdue trimming of our trees. The work took most of the day. Later in the afternoon, a much larger crew arrived to help. The two things I am most impressed with are the ability to climb trees quickly and their clean-up. The clean-up was so complete that my yard was in better shape after they left. All debris was completely removed, even limbs that were knocked down over the winter. IMPRESSED!!!

I called for an estimate regarding having a tree removed or cut back (it hangs right over my neighbor's pool and has become a nuisance). I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who stated he would go out to my house, take a look at the work I wanted done, and would get back to me about an estimate. Never heard from the company again, and I don't chase people down. I'll be contacting another company.

Firstly, Art is exceptionally responsive. I was contacted same day with a consultation for an estimate. The work was concisely estimated without any ambiguity or frivolity. I called several other services for estimates. It took a week to get anything substantiated in writing. Art and his crew are courteous and personable. They were here on time, extremely fast, thorough and professional. They cleaned up well also. My yard shows no sign of wear and tear despite the fact a tree was removed along with many sizable branches. I will be contacting them for any additional work I may have and will be referring as much business their way as possible. I cannot recommend Expert enough. Don't bother with other estimates, they cannot touch Expert's service anyway!

Art and Expert Tree exceeded expectations. We had a large tree in our backyard that had rotted out at the base. After a few estimates I liked Art's plan for removal best as it involved a difficult area to reach in the backyard ,and I was concerned about other features of the yard being damaged (fence, swingset, pool, etc.). Expert Tree was quick to call back for the estimate, the price was right on point, and Art was easy to contact with questions. The project went without any difficulties and the our yard looks great. Even the neighbors had commented on the professionalism of the staff and the quality of work performed.

Everything went great. Art returned my call promptly and came to look over the job and gave us what we considered a fair estimate. He said they would call the day before they came to cut down the tree and would clean up afterward. It all went just like he said. The men did a great job and left the stump just like we had asked. I would highly recommend them.

They were very good. What I like about them because I have had them once before, the first time I had them it was a after a wind storm and everyone had branches and I called so many tree services because there were right in the middle of our yard. The owner of the company actually came out that afternoon and that is what I like even with regular estimates he comes practically the same day. He is very dependable and he does not actually do the work but he is there and he supervises, he says he does not climb trees anymore and they were just very prompt and finished it in a timely manner and they cleaned up the yard real good. They are very good.

I really like their service. They were very professional and they did a good job. I would use them again.

My long term experience hiring contractors of every type, over decades of home ownership, has been disappointing. I think most home owners understsand how I feel.. Once the job was complete, in most cases I felt that some part of the job, and in some cases the entire project, and/or the contractor's attitude, professionalism, quality of workmasnip, etc. were seriously deficient. I am not a nitpicker and do not expect miracles...just a good job, a proper clean up of the site, completed on time, and without problems. I'm very glad to report that this tree sevice company met and exceeded all of my expectations. They arrived on time (actually early) and finished the job in approximately 35 minutes. They cut down and removed a fifty foot maple tree. Five men were assigned to the job, and all of them kept busy the entire time. The owner was not there, but that did not seem to matter, since all of the men were professional and quick. They cleaned up the work site very well, and as a matter of fact when they left there was very little evidence that they had even been there. This company gets my highest recommendation, and I will recommend them to my relatives and friends that need tree work. If you live in the Greece, NY area I would call this company first. And oh yes, their $450 price was $200 less than another tree service's (also very highly rated) estimate.

Art Giamberdino the owner and his entire crew were,on time as promised , cleaned up our yard before they left almost cleaner than it was ! We have had a few jobs done by Expert Tree Service and consider Art and everyone of his crew friends .

We called this company due to the reviews I found here on Angie's List. Art, the owner, met with me that same day to check out our property and to see what work we wanted done. We were fortunate that he was able to do the work the same week. They showed up on time and worked for two full days to accomplish all we asked them to do. I wish we had taken before and after photos to post because our yard's transformation in only two day is just unbelievable! For two solid days, a team of five men took down dead trees, cleared massive amounts of scrub brush, pulled vines, trimmed dead limbs, reshaped ornamental trees, and more. They had every piece of equipment they needed to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's worth mentioning here that their clean-up after the job was finished was also outstanding. There was no debris left in our driveway or in the road in front of our house. Considering the size of the job, this is amazing! In a nutshell, Art was a real professional. His team was punctual, friendly, and did an outstanding job. We'll definitely use Art and his team when we're ready for 'round two' of our yard clean-up. I have NO hesitation recommending Expert Tree Service!

FANTASTIC. 7 men crew worked 11 hours. needed to navigate property line from between two houses. carefully and skillfully dropping logs without taking down fencing. Company owner, Art, was on site directing workers.

Art arrived for estimate on day designated. He looked over the trees and gave me 2 options; they could cut a major branch from off the trunk of one of the trees which would take down about half of the tree or just trim most of the branches leading off the major branch. Since I didn't need half the tree removed I selected the trimming of the branches. The price he quoted me was very reasonable. At first, he told me they could do the job sometime the next week but then called me later in the day and told me because they were doing a few jobs in our area they ended up fitting us in the day after the estimate which was great. The crew arrived on time, trimmed and chipped all the designated branches to my liking and cleaned up the area. I would definitely use Expert Tree Service again in the future.

I called Expert Tree Service after a storm took down part of a large tree on my property. Art came out on a sunday and got the tree out of harms way himself. He and his team came back the next day to finish the job and work on a few other trees that needed trimming. They were very professional and their prices seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and responsive to initial call came out and gave an estimate within 24 hours. Due to the location we had to contact the town historic board. once approval was given I called Art G. back. Scheduling took a little longer than I thought it should but considering the difficulty of the job and the price quote I was completely satisfied. considering the size of the tree taken down there was ZERO yard damage. I would have them back to do further work.

Expert tree service was recommended by my neighbor. I met Art when he was working on their property and he came over and gave me a quote and took the time to talk to me about the 2 trees in need of trimming, as well as some others. His price was better than the other estimate (even with a coupon) that we got after we talked to him, they both recommended trimming instead of removal. A third vendor never got back to me. Art showed up right on time, even though we were not the first appointment of the day. He was communicative, respectful and friendly, as was Donnie, the tree climber. Both checked with me on what I wanted done and we reviewed the work done on the first tree before they moved on to the second tree. Both took time to answer all my questions, as well as the questions from my inquisitive 5 year old. I know they had other jobs lined up for the day, but they were not rushed even when they were leaving. Clean up went well.

We had carpenter ants getting into the house from the tree touching the roof. Art and his crew responded promptly and provided a very reasonable quote to trim the tree and remove another dying tree that was near the house. On the day of the service, he and his team arrived on time with all of their equipment and performed the work quickly. Smaller branches and detritus were chipped in their wood chipper and the remaining large pieces were hauled away. The stump and roots for the removed tree were ground up, so now the lawn mower can roll right over were the tree used to be! This is the second time we've used Expert Tree, and once again, we have had great results! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and we will most likely contact them again for future needs.

I am very pleased with the service performed. Art worked with us on the price and gave us a number of different options to help meet our budget. He was very professional and polite. On the day of the service, three individuals performed the tree removal. The truck was labeled and they all wore uniforms that identified their company. All were very polite, friendly, and performed the work exactly as specified. The cleanup was perfect and they left the large pieces of wood as agreed upon. Overall, I highly recommend Expert Tree Service and will most likely be working with them again in the future.
