Expert Tree Service experience was professional from the quote to job completion, very satisfied. They cut down, removed and cleaned up (boy scout clean up, like they weren't there) 3 trees. Have the toys (equipment) and personal to do the job without damaging the lawn or surrounding and in one day. Working around and over power lines and neighboring property, my house, very impressed from start to finish. Definitely know who to call when you got tree issues, Expert Tree Service! Impressed

They were exceptionally good. They're very accommodating ,timely ,they came here early. They are diligent and hard working. They got the work done quickly and seamlessly.

Went very well, from getting quote on Tuesday to calling them Thursday you got the job, the tree was removed on Friday morning! How much more efficient could that have been? All the workers were very professional, took great care in protecting my and neighbors property, cleaned up after them selves. Whats not to like about them. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I have another review on here that listed them as an A. If I could change it to a D I would. I have probably called 5 times over the past year with no response or call back every time. The only time I called, years ago, I got prompt service. Now, nothing. I have some recommendations for other companies now from my neighbors.

They trimmed all the trees on my property and cut down a couple. I think the price was good, some people have said the contrary but I would say it was good.

He was prompt. I think it was well over priced but when you have a tree on your house you don't have time to shop around. They had to cut it apart on the roof and they brought it down a section at a time. The inspector said when he was on the roof that they did an excellent job up on the roof. He said a lot of times the tree people do more damage than the falling tree during the removal. He said you couldn't even tell up there that they removed it. So according to the adjuster they did a nice job removing it off the roof. They were here the next day. I was afraid of the tree falling further and doing more damage. They were on time. There was some conflict between myself and the owner as far as what needed to be done. After charging me $3600 to remove the tree, he wanted to charge me another $400 to grind the stump. I had to have it done and this was a big tree and it was like 30 in in diameter and there was this big hole in the ground. I was really annoyed and even the adjuster said that he thought for sure that the grinding should have been included in the removal price. So that was a controversy. I did some wheeling and dealing and it only cost me $250 to have it ground. After paying almost $4000 to remove a tree and that wasn't clear and I was not happy with that.

Job was done quickly and efficiently plus the yard was left clean and without debris.

The guys who were here,did a beautiful job. They were polite and they cleaned up the mess after. My only complaint is that the job that was done,was NOT the job estimated for. Therefore, I expected to pay less considering the job,didn't iclude taking off the major limb,and also didn't require the buckets to trim the tree. They spent less time,then they would have ,saving them money. I think giving me a saving because of these things would have been fair.

Great company! Art and his crew arrived on time the morning the tree removal was scheduled, and preformed a walk through with me before starting the job. Myself and another neighbor scheduled our work on the same day so we were able to get an added discount. The crew worked from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on both projects, they were polite, professional and left our yards clean. Called, got a response that same day. Crew was over in a few hours. Trees removed quickly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The silver maple was very old and was right next to my house. It had been a concern as it was dropping large branches. I was also concerned about the long branch at the top that was hanging over my neighbor's house. I had several estimates, some who did not feel the need to meet with me in person. Art Giamberdino came to my home and went over all of the details of the job. He was patient and professional and answered all of my questions. His estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up right on time and skillfully removed the tree, ground the stump, and took the chips away. The entire process went just as it was explained to me up front. It went very well from the time I requested the quote, through when the work was completed, plus I got a follow up phone call. Everyone was prompt and efficient. They removed 6 trees it took 5 men 2 hours. This included chipping and stump grinding. They also cleaned up the yard when they were through. Very accommodating and customer focused. I would use them again.

Art Giamberdino (owner) was very responsive in scheduling the estimates for the 2 properties. He indicated a problem with one of the trees which changed the initial plans of a "light" trim. The other tree services I received estimates from missed this. Work was scheduled the following week. The crew was on time and completed both properties in one day. The yards were cleaned up better than when they started.

Art, is the best, easy going and knew that it would not be expensive to remove the Box Elder and stump. They Came and were done in 2 hours. No mess in my backyard and this tree was way in my backyard. Everything gone but a pile where there used to be a stump. Great job by a professional and crew. Thank you Art and crew.

Expert tree services cut three large white pine trees on the south side of my house and took out two tree stumps, they also took out two old stumps in the backyard. They did excellent job, and the owner Art is very easy to work with. He came to the site on the day to make sure the job was done well.

The entire process was GREAT. We called Art's service late at night once the lightening struck and he was at our new house (we just bought it a few days prior) within 20 minutes. He made sure it was safe for the night and then his crew came back the next day and it was taken care of prior to me getting home from work! He was very kind and understood our situation. Our backyard was looking phenomenal by the time his crew was done! We will use his service ANYTIME we need tree assistance!

Expert Tree Service cut down a tall tree and wisteria bush that was a rotting at the trunk. They stump ground both and cleaned up all the debris. They did an excellent job.
