Joanne called to set up an appointment and was very nice and worked with my schedule to set up an appointment. Maria and Alma came to clean and were very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied.

I bought the cleaning service through Angies List deal of the day. I highly recommend Elite Green Cleaning and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I received this as a gift to have 5 hours of cleaning done on my house from my husband.Maria and Alba were very nice when I met them and informed me that they would both work for 2.5 hours.When I arrived home from work all I can say is wow! My house looked new again. My kitchen and bathrooms looked fantastic. I also enjoyed the subtle touches that were done (triangle fold on the toilet paper etc) which made me just enjoy the service even more. Im still finding areas that were cleaned! Joanne responded immediately to my call for service and also called me to see if I was satisfied after the cleaning. I will definitely use this service again.

Maria arrived early for the appointment, but offered to come back if it was not convenient. It was fine with me. She inquired as to which room I wanted her to start in and I said the kitchen and she began. She gave me some tips on how to make the job easier for me when she was not here and seemed to have endless energy. The kitchen took up most of the time and then she went into the bathroom which came out sparkling when she finished. There was no time left for the dining room which was okay with me since I had not emptied all the furniture out of the room that I planned to yet. Both rooms looked great! A day or so later, I got a call from Joanne, the owner, asking about Maria's work and I told her that I was very pleased. I do plan to have them come out again on a monthly basis and have given their phone number to a friend.

Bought a 'Big Deal' on Angie's List for this company. Was quite happy with the Service. I thought their cleaner got a lot done. The quality of the work is also very good. A deeper clean than I do myself. We will use them again.

I would definitely use Elite again...

This report was written by Maureen Alston's house-mate Rita De Marco ELITE GREEN CLEANING SERVICE cannot be trusted. 1- They left long black curly hair in my hairbrush. I have short gray hair and my house-mate's is blonde. 2- The cleaners were told NOT to do my bedroom, yet I noticed my jewelry box had been opened and moved. At first I thought, oh maybe they cleaned my room but then as I looked around, it was clear it had not been cleaned. 3- Then I noticed a frame had been put back on a photo stand crooked. So I went to move it and found out the photo stand had been broken and just propped up to make it look ok. I then told my house mate not to have them back. My housemate told them not to come back but was afraid to say why because they still had our house keys. So she said that I was going to be doing the cleaning from then on. Well, last week I started to clean the house and as I did, I found two more broken items! 4- One was a large framed photo that had been dropped and chipped on the bottom. 5- The other was a $700.00 bronze statue of a horse. The ear on the tip of the horses ear had been broken off!! I called Joanne two times. I left two messages and allowed a week to get back to me. Joanne never returned my calls.I

This is the 2nd time they have cleaned my apartment. I'm very pleased with the service they provide. Everything is sparkling clean and neat. I have some mobility limitations and Elite Green Cleaning makes my apartment look the way I would if I were able to clean myself!!! Joanne (the owner) was very responsive to my initial call and Maria (the person cleaning my apartment) has done an excellent job both times she has cleaned. Thank you for a much appreciated service!

I've never used a cleaning service before, so I have nothing to compare to, but I was extremely pleased with the experience. Elite Green Cleaning sent Maria to my house--what a nice person! The products that she cleaned with did not affect my allergies, and when she finished the house sparkled! This may have been my first time, but it won't be my last. Maria is coming again next week.

The cleaner (Neil) did a nice job. Joanne the Owner was very prompt and accommodating to the schedule and requirements of the job.

The owner, Joanne Bailey, was very accomodating and punctual and professional for the estimate. I scheduled an initial cleaning of 2 floors (out of 3) for 2/19/2010 and that was satisfactory although the cleaner was supposed to work for 4 hours and only stayed for approximately 3.5 yet was paid 100.00 @ 25.00 an hour. He returned 2 weeks later to do a "regular" cleaning of the main floor and basement and then to thoroughly clean the master bathroom on the 3rd floor for 75.00 for 3 hours work. Again, he didn't stay the 3 hours and this second cleaning was not even close to the first. The powder room bowl and sink top hadn't been wiped down. The tile floor in the hallway and kitchen were streaky at best, and the mirrors in the master bath still showed toothpaste spots. I emailed Joanne and she offered to have the man come back for free and clean it again (why would I want the same individual in my home again?) or a 25% credit on the next job. I chose to look for another cleaning service.

Really great experience! Worked with Neil on the day of cleaning and the owner over the phone. Definitely responsive and easy to schedule around my own changing schedule. Neil arrived just a few minutes later than expected and was friendly bringing all his materials while I supplied the vacuum and other items you wouldn't want to share between houses (toilet brush, etc.) I was working from home that day, but it was pleasant having Neil around and chatted with him while he worked. I had to leave before he was done, but when I returned found everything done and the door closed securely. I would have no problems letting them in and then leaving for the day if needed. The apartment smelled fresh and clean when I came home and it was really nice to arrive to that atmosphere. He even left a piece of chocolate on my pillow. The attention to detail and quality of service makes this a place I would recommend to friends and use myself!

The owner of the service, Joanne, was very conscientious about following up with me to set up an appointment despite my having an erratic schedule. Joanne explained precisely what would be done, provided an estimate and also explained what is not included. The service she provided surpassed my expectations and was undoubtedly the best cleaning our house has received. Even though I'm not a great housekeeper myself, I am pretty picky and can say that no corners were cut -- the house is clean literally from top to bottom and for what I believe was a fair price under the circumstances.

Very punctual, uses all natural, eco-friendly cleaning products, lots of attention to detail.

I pay on a monthly basis. They do an excellent job. They work well along with each customer's needs within each house. They are very friendly. It's usually one person.
