They stayed as long as they needed to clean the house properly. The added bonus was that as I am an animal rescue advocate, and they use green cleaning products, I didn't have to worry about my two little dogs moving into the home. Elite Green Cleaning made my move into my new home much more pleasant, and cleaning was one job that I didn't have to worry about!

They (2 ladies -cannot remember names at this time) did an excellent job where they cleaned. When I booked them I was told they would be able to clean for 3-4 hours I since I wanted a thorough top to bottom cleaning, I indicated I thought it would be more of 4 hours and I was willing to pay for that. I was to get the exact price when they came but she said around $200 which was ok with me. They arrived a little late -11:10 or so and let me know they could only clean for 3 hours since one of them had a doctors appointment. They said they would have to leave at 2. I showed them around and let them know where the priorities were. I left them to clean since I needed to relieve my father at the hospital. When I arrived home at 2PM they were already packed up and one was in the car waiting. They did a fantastic job where they cleaned but did miss some things. One corner of the kitchen counter had crumbs under the toaster, it had not been moved. Still a couple areas of the kitchen floor with crumbs, a couple of the end tables had places they missed, corners you could see where they dusted. One bathroom still had some cobwebs. The rest of the bathrooms and kitchen sparkled but they did not have time to do all the dusting, vacuuming that I had requested. I really had wanted a total top to bottom cleaning and was disappointed they could not do this. They were all very nice, from the owner who I scheduled with to the 2 cleaners. I was told it was $200 for less than 6 man hours, I thought it might be a little less since it was under 6 man hours but everything looked so nice I paid and gave them a small tip ($5 each) after they left I thought I should have given more but then I found the problem spots over the next couple of days.. I would hire them again, just with more exact times/prices.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Elite Green Cleaning, Joanne, the owner, and the two cleaners who did our first "deep clean", and the cleaner who came today for our second clean. Joanne's communication with us has been outstanding - checking to see how the initial clean went and then asking what we needed our cleaner to focus on today. The cleaners have been prompt, worked very hard, and were most courteous and thoughtful. We loved our previous cleaners and were so sad that they were no longer servicing our area. We are so thankful to have found Elite Green Cleaning and to work with Joanne and her wonderful team. We couldn't be happier!

Very good. My wife has been thrilled. They do a complete cleaning every other week. With some minor cleaning in between our house stays immaculate continually. They don't use chemicals, so we do a little bleaching and Tilex in the bathroom, but otherwise haven't noticed any issue with that.

The cleaning of the house was done to a very high standard - Elite Green left the house sparkling clean. The few details the team missed were understandable (we have a large house) and they stayed to take care of everything right away and make sure I was satisfied. The reason I have given them "B" ratings in some areas is that I was trying to arrange a schedule where pricing and the amount of cleaning done each time would be flexible - I don't need rooms that aren't used cleaned each time the cleaners come. This does not seem to be their business model - it is one price for a house of a certain size, done at a certain interval of time, and that is that. I am sure that works for the majority of people who need cleaning services, and definitely this company provided top notch cleaning - just not the flexibility I needed.

They are excellent. They show up on time and they do a very good job.

Our house underwent a remodel and there was a lot of dust. Two people were sent, Brennan and Kim, and they did a phenomenal job. The house was spotless. They even cleaned areas I did not expect like our first floor washer/dryer and window ledges. They were also very efficient. 1850sqft in under 4 hours. It was going to originally be a one time thing, but I may sign on for regular cleanings (which I'm told are definitely cheaper than initial cleaning). But overall doe the work I think the price was great and well worth it.

I have 1300 Sq ranch home and only my two dogs. They arrived here at 11 and I showed them around. Don't mind to have my dogs around with them. Thats make me feel comfortable that they are comfortable with my dogs. Cleaning two full bathroom, helped me to take the shower curtain down so I can wash them, sweep and mop entire the house. Oh also dust entire the house, I came home and feel so fresh and cleaned. Will hiring them for monthly. Also Surprised they cleaned the fan high ceiling, I used ladder to get up there and cleaned. LOL, they used long sticks to clean it.. Thanks.

Elite Green sent two professional and courteous cleaners to complete the work. The work was completed in the time they estimated and at the cost estimated. It was a high quality, thorough clean with environment and cat-friendly cleaning products. The house gleamed afterwards, and it both smelled and felt wonderful, like a more-than-surface clean should. After a discussion we happily engaged the company for a regular, bi-weekly, cleaning. We highly recommend their service to others, and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Elite Green Cleaning comes to my apartment in the City every other week. They always do a fabulous job, way better than I could. And I love coming home to a fresh smelling home! The cleaning staff is professional, friendly, and very trustworthy. Joanne, the owner, is very flexible when I need to reschedule a cleaning. Likewise, she always contacts me well in advance if she needs to make a change.

Always shows up and is very friendly and works around me even when I'm a bit chaotic. Great to come home to a clean looking and smelling house :) Would recommend to anyone.

I had an appt with this provider for a cleaning a my house. The provider didn't call to cancel and didn't show for cleaning.

Fine .. ladies were punctual and went right to work.

They go above and beyond in their cleaning efforts. Our house is approximately 5000 sq. ft. and the two of them are done in four hours. They use green cleaning products, which are a must because of a medical condition. They are friendly with us, our dog and they are good about dealing with our escape artist cat. Barely anything is out of place once they leave, which is very helpful to me. We highly recommend them as a cleaning service.

Joann was very professional, and extremely accomodating of this 11th hour request. She was on top of all the details, was polite and respectful to her cleaning crew, and to me and my family! Even to the point of ferrying her employees (and me!) to and from the house since the street was getting "chip-sealed" that day and we couldn't park on the street. The products she used are environmentally friendly and left no "after-odors." Thorough job - including wiping down crown molding; polishing mirrors; and scouring iron heat vents. They did a fantastic job. I had asked if possible to "spiff up" the frontdoor area - it was swept, mopped - looked wonderful. I recommend this firm w/out reservation - and plan to ask them to give me an estimate on regular cleaning of my own house.

The women that came were very nice. There was a lot to clean, it had been a couple of months since the house had been cleaned professionally. They did a pretty good job - I'm not convinced that the "green" products are tough enough for showers and floors. I'm sure the ladies worked very hard but my floors and showers were not as clean as when I use tilex or similar products. I guess it depends on how important using green is to you. Three women put in five hours time (15hrs total time). I probably would have tried them again but after I spoke to the owner about a few concerns

Joanne and Maria have been cleaning our house for almost a year now, since finding them on Angie's list. We have only had issues a couple times where things weren't put back after cleaning, a couple cleaning supplies left behind. Nothin major by any means, we are very happy with them!

They did come when they said they would, but declined interest in cleaning my house. I was rather insulted by their attitude ("It got THAT dirty in just two weeks???"). If they are looking for a particular kind of environment to work in, then explain it. All I got was "Try someone else who can help you organize things." I was trying to hire someone to clean, not to judge me.

The fellow did a nice job. He spent five hours, and I had him do a bunch of little things. Certainly $99 for five hours was a good price. He used a green cleaning supply, and I think that there are other products that work better. The response was excellent, and they followed-up. The fellow was here when he said he was going to be here. He tracked his time well. He was also very accommodating; I had some things in the garage that I wanted him to straighten up, and he did that. He did anything I asked him to do, and he was very professional. I thought they are a good company.

I contacted Joanne and we discussed what would need to be done and decided on an amount of time I would like have a cleaner work. We also discussed what the "green cleaning" meant. On the day of the cleaning, Maria came and she confirmed what was agreed upon for cleaning and I showed her the house. She got busy cleaning right away and cleaned the entire time with no real break. I just provided ice water for her. I thought perhaps she might need one for lunch, but she ate a sandwich she brought kind of "on the go". She also made suggestions concerning our bathroom and cleaning the fans more frequently to avoid any blockage. I had not understood about not cleaning near the ceilings. I was prepared to provide a step ladder, but she did not ask for it. I think in the time I was paying for, it would have been difficult to include such thoroughness. I was happy with the cleaning that was done which was thorough.

I pay about $25 per hour for the cleaning. They are very professional and do a good job. Their prices are reasonable, they are accommodating to schedule and are very trustworthy.

I contacted a few cleaning companies to accomodate a specific need, and while others responded that they were booked, Joanne went out of her way to work with me and get the job done. It was short notice and I really appreciate the effort that she made. The house looked great and was done in the timeframe that we requested.
