Description of Work: Lynn was pleasant to work with and the cleaning service they provided was good. Our first appointment was scheduled in mid-November, but had to be rescheduled a day before due to their van breaking down. I asked her to call me when it was up and running again, but by early December when I had not heard from her I called back. She set up an appointment for within one week, which was great. They were scheduled to come at 9, then she called and said she would be a 1/2 hour late. They came at 10:15. They did some of the extras I asked for and I really appreciated that.

Description of Work: Lynne and I seemed to have a miscommunication about the service advertised. It was conveyed on the posting as a "comprehensive" clean; she had the idea it was to be a "light" clean. (She later advertised a different coupon for a $75 clean that was to take no more than 3 hours, but she was very vague about how long my "comprehensive" clean would take and indicated it would be closer to 2). We scheduled an appointment several weeks out and she had to cancel for reasons out of her control. I said fine even though I had taken time off from work to meet her. I did not hear back from her for over a week - when I reached out to her she let me know that she has no openings until the new year. I bought this coupon with the hope that I would find someone to clean on a regular basis (I moved to town relatively recently), but her way of operating isn't going to work for me. I tried to overlook this but it is worth mentioning that her demeanor is pretty brusque and unhelpful - which seems at odds with working in the service industry. I bought this coupon in October and don't want to wait until 2014 to have my house cleaned.
