DP Customs

They came on New Year's Day (impressive) and were fast, efficient, and really good. The only downside was they accidentally got paint on a shirt that I forgot and left on the dryer. I was quite happy. Their head guy was quite sick, so they were late, but I can't count them off much for that. I was glad they came.

Painter did a fine job with the space and was both professional and courteous. The deal was specified as eight hours of painting, but when talking with the manager/owner, I was told that it is more of a job based deal. Also, after I specified I was outside of a certain range for them, I was informed I would need to pay an extra $20 to come to my location. That was not outlined in the details and I informed them they should resolve that problem. Ultimately, I was not charged the $20, but someone may not appreciate that extra $20 charge. None of these issues would cause me to not recommend DP Customs.

I contacted DP Customs for some interior painting after I had a great experience this summer with some exterior paining. Prior to the painting, some minor wall repair was finished that I had not had time to complete. After the painting was complete, it became obvious that the gentleman working in the house were also capable of other finishing work, so I had some floor molding installed as well as some touch up caulking done. I believe that the work performed by DP Customs is of excellent quality and is very affordable. Each of the days DP Customs was on site, the owner came by to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to inspect the work of his employees. If you have painting or other punch list items to tackle, you'll get solid work at a very reasonable price from these guys!!!

A painter from DP Customs came out and put in a solid 8 hours of painting. The entire exterior front of the house was painted and painted well I might add. There was high attention to detail, as many things I did not catch initially was taken care of by the painter. I could not be happier with the service at the time I ordered the work until the job was completed.

It worked out well. There was no additional cost. They were professional. Everything worked good. They were efficient. The final finish was good. They were entertaining.

They did a very nice job. The manager came in first thing in the morning and really scoped out the project. The workers were here and were very diligent about doing what they needed to do. They got it all done in one day.

These guys were great! Derrick, the owner, responded quickly to my request for a quote, made sure he understood the project and gave me.a good price. Jim and Leonard, my terrific crew, were excellent painters - the cleanest painting work I've ever had done. Knowledgable, professional, careful of my property, on time and friendly. Great experience - will call them again.

Henry & Lawrence did a good job, not great. they painted over the exposed wires for light fixtures in the ceilings and didn't clean that up so when we went to put the lights back up we couldn't . had to get a tool & die kit to clean out the screw holes. they put paint cans on the window shelf and left marks all over the shelf. I thought they would do minor spackeling and fix some of the wall blemishes. they got ceiling paint on molding and didn't wipe if off, so now I need the trim done. Overall an OK experience. I' ve learn to check the details. Room sizes quoted in deal were very small, so sq ftage of deal was less that my 2 rooms.

Paint ing did not include ceilings. This is a bait and switch. Who paints only walls?

I had to pay for the material which was drywall and corner channel. That cost was minimal approx.$20.00 the repair looks great.

DP's workers were all very pleasant and responsive. They worked hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. There was a little minor touch up and clean up required afterwards, but they handled, what ended up to be a substantial job, quickly and efficiently. When issues arose, they were promptly and cheerfully resolved. Their help was greatly appreciated!

The person who did the work (I forget his name) was very nice and very professional. He did a good, careful job. I plan to hire them to do some more work in the next few months.

i was a little surprised that the price basically doubled from the angie's price. i was satisfied in the end though.

They showed up on time, followed up, made sure I was satisfied. The cost was fair to both parties. I'm amazed at how accurately the painter cut in at corners and edges. These people are excellent for every category.I will definitely hire them for future painting jobs as well as other things that they do for household maintenance.

Didn't do the job right. He should of put a piece of sheetrock in and then mud it. All he did was mud it and my can light doesn't have any solid piece to grab to. Will have to hire someone else now.

Derrick and his crew painted the rooms of our upstairs when we just moved in, 4 rooms total. They all did a great job and cleaned up after they were done, even swept the floor. He was easy to get a hold of, and his staff was very friendly and professional. Great price as well. Would highly recommend these guys.

Not well. I asked for my 13x15 deck to be painted. The company sent 2 painters the first dau fpr 4 hours and claimed that covered the $199. They charged additional money for 2 ours the next dayu. Painted only the floor of the decks, not the rails or the stairs. Help painted deck.

Very very professional, especially the employees. I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend them. It was a pleasant experience.

His manners over the phone were terrible. I'm cancelling my order with him and finding someone else.

I didn't end up using the deal because I needed more than just the walls painted (Trim, etc)

A The painters did a very good and neat job of painting. The people who fixed the hole in the ceiling made a mess of the floor because they did not put down a drop cloth. One of the painters tried to clean up the floor, but did not do a good enough job. If drop cloths had always been used, I would have given an A for all the work. I would use them again, if they promised to cover all things with drop cloths.

We had DP Customs paint our kitchen and two bathrooms. We were so pleased with their service that we happily called them back for another job in our living room. They came on short notice, and we were very pleased with the detail and care they took to complete the job. All work was inspected by the owner before the painters left the location. I will be calling them again soon for another job!

Contacted me in a timely manner - it was because of a personal injury that I could not go through with the work.

Prepped everything for them beforehand. All they had to do was paint the walls and leave. I left for portion of the day. Charged extra $80 for two coats of paint. My wife said they needed the extra money because they painted the trim and they had to cover it. Paint looks good but not great. They would do anything to skim costs. Not very happy with company
