Description of Work: The painter arrived on time and did a great job on our dining room- 2 colors and trim. The owner returned to pick him up and inspected the work, a great idea because if you are unhappy he can immediately respond. I definitely plan on calling them again to do our hallway.

Description of Work: Not sure of date of service. Painter was dropped off, offered beverage to him, said he wanted coffee, husband went to get coffee and bought donuts as well, painter complained about coffee. Painter smoked and took frequent smoking breaks smelling house of cigarette smoke.

Description of Work: Derek called the same day that I purchased the deal through Angie's list. He was able to set up the paint job within 4 days and he and his painter came right on schedule Sunday am. I had a kitchen and family room to paint with lots of cuts. Roland did an excellent job and was done in about 7 hours! It would have taken me many evenings to do the same. I will contact Derek at DP again for future work as he does offer all general contracting jobs. I am very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship.

Description of Work: Painting three bedrooms and painting trim in a finished basement. Everything went fine and took two days.

Description of Work: Derek called me back within a day or two of me purchasing the package. We set up a date for the painting. On the day that they were scheduled to come out, we were contacted and told that one of the painters was out unexpectedly and we were asked if we could reschedule. I said that I would prefer not to as we had completely removed all of the furniture in our kitchen and family room in order for the painting to be done. They were able to send Sam out (he does work for DP Customs when they're in a pinch). He got to our house by 10 a.m. and worked straight through until 6 p.m. He was friendly, professional and he did a meticulous job painting our kitchen and family room, 2 coats in each room and 2 coats on the ceilings as well. We are very pleased!!

Description of Work: I bought the painter for a day deal. My painter was on time and did a very good job. He painted a bedroom including door and woodwork two coats, and he painted trim in the stairwell two coats. My only reservation: the deal said 8 hours--I did not understand that this included a 45 minutes lunch. The painter was at the house for 8 hours.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for three rooms of painting from Angie's List. Bought the coupon on Wednesday, they were here on Monday to paint! We bought the paint, they did the rest. I got two coats of paint on three rooms! The rooms look great. The worker was great, very professional, and a very hard worker. I will definitely call them again for my future painting needs.

I did not ask how long the job might take, but it ended up taking a bit longer than I would have expected 2 rooms with 2 coats to take (6 hrs including cleanup). Not complaining, maybe in the future let customers know how much time might be required?
