It did not go well. Several trips to fix a leaky dishwasher. Installed panel caught fire after two years in service. Replace with Fridgdare DW

Called to confirm best time for visit and was prompt, professional and very courteous. Visit revealed a bad sensor which was ordered on the spot for delivery the next day and installation the day following. Different tech rep came for the installation and was extremely thorough in testing to insure there would be no further problems. I would recommend these folks without reservation.

Steve did a GREAT job. Quick fix, professionally done and a very engaging discussion while the work was going on. He had the correct part with him to do the job - a nice surprise because the part was a second revision that completely solves future problems. Can't comment on price because the work was done under an extended warranty. As a side note, the process Appliance Tec uses is pretty slick. An email exchange gets everything set/confirmed. Then a final email provides a web address that lets you track the tech to determine where he is to estimate when he will show up. He also calls as he nears your location. When the work was done, I signed off on a tablet that contained all of the information. These folks do nice work and are "digitally capable". Highly recommended.

Overall it went well the, service was good. The service man was friendly and professional. The company is very pricy.

They didn't have the part so they sent it the next day and he came back a day later. When he came back, the dishwasher stopped working, and the price of the repair doubled. I had a similar issue with a repair on our refrigerator a few months ago. They techs are professional, just not sure of their competence.

It took much longer than I anticipated, but I had a second refrigerator, so there was minimal inconvenience. All the staff were highly professional and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are prompt, courteous and professional. They give a three hour service window, however, they have a software program that allows you to track what zip code the technician is currently in so that you can have a better idea of their time of arrival. This company is outstanding in every way and I recommend them highly.

New washer was delivered not working. One repair came and it still was not working right. Appliance tech came and had to order whole new computer for it. Then a few months later the lid lock was not working so machine did not work and they came again. New generation washers seem to have a lot of problems with them but when it works it does a very good job. Within a one year have had three service calls on it. Have not figured out why washers have to have a locking lid. They are a pain!!!

LOVED the email link to track his daily progress with his appointments. I always knew where he was during the day and when my appointment would be.

Dryer stopped working. Call Appliance Tec and explained the problem. They were able to come out in two days. We picked early morning. They came out and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. The Dryer is still working. They also re-calibrated the temperature on a GE Electric oven for $75.55 in 12/16/09. We were satisfied with both jobs,

The young man was polite and on time, but I found the price to be a bit high considering he only inspected the machine and made a diagnosis. The price of the service call was paid for by Whirlpool, however.

I waited 4 hours for them to not show up. They apologized and came the next day and waived the inspection fee. Although they missed their appointment, they were very professional and considerate when confronted with the problem.

It was an excellent experience. They were on time, exceptionally pleasant, and did thorough work. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well. The technician did a good job with the repairs, and he provided helpful advice on another issue related to the dish washer.

It took about a month for the supplier to furnish the necessary part, but Appliance Tec didn't charge for the part because of this. Furthermore, they were very professional and apologized for the inconvenience. They did a good job with the repairs, too.

The gentleman had to come out several times, but I was never charged because they guaranteed their work. Furthermore, the gentleman arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and did a good job with the repairs. Another thing that I liked was that they sent email updates to show the techinician's progress throughout the project.

Gary the technician repaired bad rollers and fixed some internal issues with our Maytag Dryer. He also looked at an old Refrigerator and gave us some clues on replacement and continued use of older refrigerator. Very quick response from ApplianceTec and confirmed - called to say they were on the way (on time also) and did quick cleanup service. Great will use them again if required.

Replacement of door latch went great. Had the part in his truck even though I wasn't able to specify the model number accurately because the dishwasher would not open. Fast and professional.

They provided good service. They were very efficient, honest and prompt. They were a little expensive but they warrantied it. They had to come back a second time and we did not have to pay for it, so that worked out. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

They came in a timely manner, professional, knew what they were doing, and had all the tools they needed to do the job. It was overall a good experience.

Professional and pleasant young man; was efficient and helpful with advice. Gave me several samples of d/w soap. Recommended replacement of a plastic part but didn't push. I was pleased with service warranty that any calls for any reason are free for next year.

I called Appliance Tec when my the ice maker in my Whirlpool freezer started leaking water all over the place. I cleaned up the ice and mess and discovered the source of the leak, then called Appliance Tec. The man who answered the phone was polite and professional and downright friendly. I described the problem. He was very reassuring. When I gave him my street address, he seemed familiar with the neighborhood, and then told me that he could have a tech over to check out the problem in half an hour. He then described in detail the cost of the services. As promised, the tech arrived half an hour later, calling first to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, clean cut, and very professional. He found the problem and fixed it (a bad valve connecting the cold water line to the appliance) in about half an hour, and I wrote him a check for the a price matching the one the man on the phone had outlined. Overall, a very positive experience; I'll definately use these guys for any future applicance problems we may run into.
