Description of Work: I called to have my furnace repaired. I took the day off work and when I called to ask if someone was coming out they said they didn't have my information. They did dispatch someone shorty thereafter though.

Description of Work: Home AC condensation line was leaking onto the floor of my basement. The technician found that the drip pan drain plug plugged and was causing overflowing of the drip pan rather than allowing it to drip into my sump. He cleaned the drip pan and unplugged the drain and it worked as designed.
