They did a fine job. The quote was what they said it would be. They did a good job and it was fast. They came in and measured. They showed us options. They pretty much delivered as promised. They were very thorough and timely. All the things that should be. I thought their prices were fair. They were very professional.

I had berber carpeting installed on my stars and small upstairs hallway as well as the finished half of my basement. Took measurements quickly and efficiently and installed in less than a day. I'd use them again.

The representative came over with samples and we talked about possibilities and prices. He never applied pressure and was easy-going. We picked a color and set a date. The installers were also professional and did an excellent job. There was an unexpected problem with the floor not being square and they had a good solution and made it work. Well done.

the salesperson (Al) was great -- very patient, not pushy, would definitely work with him again. the installation crew showed up on time and did the job within the promised time. however, when they installed the carpet on the stairs, it was a bit crooked on the risers (the carpet has a linear pattern which made the defect visible), so they had to completely rip off the carpet and use up the remnant that I was hoping to use elsewhere in the basement. a few days later i noticed that the rubber reducer was installed too far into an adjacent room instead of inside a threshold, making it impossible to close to door without damaging it. i contacted the office and made an appointment for someone to have it fixed, took a day off for that. the office called me to inform me that 3 installers called in sick that day (the day before Thanksgiving, very peculiar), and there was no way this could be done until the following week. i was promised a callback to reschedule the appointment, and I am yet to hear back from them.

The salesman came to our home with samples. He did not try to push for the more expensive choices. He just showed us the cheap to the expensive choices and let us decide. The 2 workmen who installed the floor did a terrific job. They were courteous, and helpful and the job was very professional. They moved the major appliances out of the kitchen and back when they were done, including attaching the gas lines and water lines, and they cleaned up nicely before they left. We are very happy. The only negative thing was that the company receptionist / customer service person who answers the phone has a terrible impatient and surly attitude. If you don't let her get under your skin, you'll be happy you used this place. I'll use them again for flooring.

His assistant and helper came over during the time they promised and they were finished about 2 1/2 hours later. They also provided a deluxe pad with the cost.

Bay Carpet replaced the old wall to wall carpet with a new one promptly and professionally. The stairs were carpeted, too. Excellent job.
