They did a wonderful job and they are listed as the top for carpet company. I recommend them highly, they cleaned up everything after the installation. We are very happy with the work that they did.

We are a Funeral Home in New Jersey. We needed to replace the entire carpet in the building and these guys were phenomenal! They did an Excellent job. It’s a great team that knows what they are doing and I will hire them again if needed. I highly recommend them!

We went to another carpet place originally who told us the carpet we wanted would take over 3 weeks to be shipped. Mark from Bay carpet came to our house(wearing a mask of course)and was able to get and install the same carpet in a week. Their price was $100 less than our original quote, They also re-stretched a carpet in another room that was not installed properly. They came on time, were very neat and did a great job. Highly recommend

Even though we had a very small job (a new runner for the foyer stairs), Bay Carpet treated us like an important customer. Professional, prompt, good work, and a good price. We had an estimate from another company that was 20% higher for the same job. We were extremely happy with Bay Carpet.

The salesman noted the several heavy pieces of furniture in the rooms that installers would move. The installers were supposed to arrive at 10:00 am; however, they did not arrive until after 12:30 pm. From the moment the two installers arrived, the one in charge began to complain about the scope of the job and said they would not be able to finish until the next day. I told them this was unacceptable since I had waited five weeks for the carpet to come in and had taken the day off from work. They proceeded to do the work and did work hard but the one in charge repeatedly complained about how much work had to be done. Only one workman actually did the installation; the other did mostly grunt work. Unprofessional.

The sales-rep came first withsamples and helped us chose the carpet we liked. The price he quoted was somewhat high and we said we would have to think about it at which point he lowered it by $300 since we came through Angie's. I wanted to check in other places to compare prices. I checked with three more places and the average quote was about $200 cheaper. However, I was more impressed by Bay Carpet professionalism. I calendar the rep and told him they can have the job if they come down another $200. He agreed and I hired them. The two carpet layers came nand did a great job, all in less than five hours. I am very happy with the results. They sure will have my business again.

While half of the job was done and completed well, we waited 6-8 weeks for them to tell us that the carpet that we ordered for the remainder of the job was unavailable. Then, after selecting a second carpet, we waited several weeks for them to tell us that the carpet selected was yet again, unavailable. After several selections and months, we were told that none of the carpet that we wanted was available for the price quoted, so they refunded the money that we had paid up front and never completed the job. We waited 4 MONTHS to have the job not completed. VERY disappointing!!

This was my third time working with Bay Carpet, and they were able to accommodate my rush job. I called Friday to inquire about having a room of carpet replaced in time for a Sunday open house. BayCarpet had some one over to my house in an hour to take measurements and review options. The team came Saturday morning and completed the job quickly. We're moving, but will definitely use BayCarpet in our new house when the need arises.

This was my second time using Bay Carpet. Al showed up the same day that I called to take measurements and help me pick materials, and his team came the next day to install. The installation team did a great job and were very courteous.

The 2 gentlemen who arrived to install were professional and kept me informed throughout ensuring I was pleased with the work. The floors look great. They cleared out the old carpet and neatly placed it on the side of the house for removal. I would highly recommend bay carpet for any flooring needs and would definitely use them in the future.

It was excellent. They were great. The guy came to first check up our location and he was on time. He was really professional and helpful in providing good information and the installation was perfect.

This is the second time I've used this company. I had previously written a review. Service was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated excellent service. They are pricey, but worth it.

The workers were very quick and efficient. The carpet looks beautiful. However, unfortunately they nicked my Baker sideboard in two small areas. I was quite upset as I prize my Baker furniture. Called Baker and they put me in touch with a restorer in the NYC area. The head worker was very upset as he said he thought that Bay Carpet would take the money out of his salary. I contacted Bay Carpet Office and Carl, the owner just called me. He said he was sorry for the damage - it is small - but very noticeable. He said they didn't have insurance but he was an honorable man and when the bill came in he would pay for it. He said Bay Carpet prize themselves on providing excellent service. The restorer charges $350 an hour and I told Carl it shouldn't take more than that.
