Description of Work: Did a yearly maintenance on my air conditioner. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had about the system. He was very polite.

Description of Work: I selected Bourque Mechanical to install a Carrier Infinity heat pump, replacing an elderly GE heat pump. The Bourque representative kept our appointment to the minute, and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. The installation was done promptly, and the technician kept me well informed of his progress, and was neat and tidy in his work. The equipment started up flawlessly, and performed throughout the winter heating season as I expected. I did have one question regarding the sensitivity of the outside temperature sensor to sunlight, and the technician returned and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Although the price that Bourque quoted was a little higher than competition, the extra cost was well justified by the quality of the service and trouble free installation experience.

Description of Work: Randy cleaned out my furnace. He was prompt and nice. I wanted him to replace my thermostat because I didn't know how to use it, but he took time to show me how to use it. That saved me a good deal of money. He also showed me how to change the air filter. He was very patient with me as a new homeowner. I appreciated his help. If my furnace wasn't so old, I would take out a contract with this company.
