Description of Work: For heating and air, I use Bourque Mechanical. They repaired my air conditioner.

Description of Work: Installed new Carrier furnace. Removed old furnace. Will return later in Spring to install Carrier air conditioner. They arrived on time, were very professional, answered all questions. Arranged piping to connect future air conditioner later in the spring. They cleaned up after the job and removed old furnace from the house. Will definitely use them in the future as needed.

Description of Work: Arrived about 90 minutes late, no phone call to say so, cleaned and inspected our gas fired furnace, work went well, asked for our in-line whole house humidifier to be fixed, technician was not familiar with it and could not fix that day and has never gotten back to us regarding coming back to fix it, if we hear from them we will revise this review.

Description of Work: Serviced three ac units. Slow to schedule--owner on vacation, but once appointment was made everything happened promptly and professionally.

Description of Work: Replaced 22 year old furnace and air conditioner with new Carrier furnace and A/C. Price included new wifi thermostat, humidifier, HE efficiency filter and duct cleaning. | |Work took five days and went very well. No problems with installation and the system works very well during these hot and humid days.

Description of Work: The service technician (Pete?) was fantastic. He's an older guy like myself and it was like talking to a friend at a bar. He patiently answered all of my questions (some of which might have seemed silly) and gave me lots of tips as to using my furnace/AC efficiently. He was very thorough in his cleaning. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all of my future needs.

Description of Work: I purchased the $69 20 point air conditioning tune up. The tech showed up within the allotted time and called prior to let me know he was on his way. He performed some maintenance on the unit in the basement and the compressor outside (in the pouring rain). He stayed to ensure the system was running as it should (turning on, shutting off, etc) and during this time determined a previous tech (from a competing company) had left the fan in the basement unit on "Manual Mode" This means it runs continuously until it is shut off at the unit in the basement and the thermostat will only control turning the condenser on/off. He switched this to auto and showed me where the switch was in case it should happen again. I would definitely use them in future.

Description of Work: I am really pleased with the work that was performed. The furnace we were replacing was over 30 years old and a giant beast of a thing. The tech from Bourque took his time and did a really great job installing the new furnace and connecting to the weird old duct work in our house. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again.
