Very prompt, took care of the problem right away.

My husband took care of the inspection, but it went well. They did have to re-schedule the appointment, and did not give very much notice, however, the second time, they did come and were on time.

Had the replacement done during an off-peak time and got a great deal on an installed 99% efficient forced hot air nat gas furnace. Very happy with the install although it did take 2 days. Wife was home anyway so no problem for us but could cause scheduling issues if both folks work. Been installed 2 months and now that the cold weather is here, I'm happy to report the unit is working terrific with no problems!

Service person was supposed to bring parts previously ordered and while here address an issue with the furnace blowing off since the last visit about 3 weeks ago. I was told the parts had been received at the beginning of the week. When the service person arrived , about 15-20 mins late, he did not have the parts ordered saying they had not yet been received. I tried calling their office but the phone was busy at the time. The service man quickly determined that the expansion tank bladder had blown, which was a correct diagnosis. He did not have one with him, so went to get one and returned. He replaced the tank and TPR as well as a precaution. He did not charge me yet as he says he will add to the parts that will come later. My questions are these. Why was I told the parts ordered are in by the office and the service man says they are not. Where I believe the ruptured expansion tank bladder was not the fault of the service done only a week early than the problem was noticed, I am pretty sure the tank was not checked while the service man was here. It should have been. I would have expected the office to contact me by now. They have not. As an added note it was me that found the original parts problem, not the service man, who didn't notice the problem until I pointed it out. I am not saying I won't use this company again, I just don't have a lot of confidence at this time. I had to select yes or no to submit this review so I picked yes but at this time I am undecided.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. The technician was very informative and explained all that he was doing.

We mainly wanted the tune up to hopefully find out why the a/c was not blowing cold air. We thought maybe the refrigerant was low. He did the entire tune up andoing when the system was still not cooling the house, he even checked the circuit breaker box and found out that the system had not been wired properly to the correct voltage. (We had recently had the breaker box upgraded.) He was very professprofessional and pleasant to talk to, would definitely hire again.

I only got emails from them. They never called me to schedule and they never came out either. Now, the AC needs more repair and I am going to hire a new company from Angie's List. The AC unit is shot! Perhaps; if they gave a special deal I would probably use them again

He was on-time and very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went right to work and did a very through job and I would highly recommend him to do work for family, friends or anyone that needs his services

They were very good. They were very prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The price that they quoted us was the price that it was.

Have never used this company before. Pete arrived on time and was fantastic. He was very easy to communicate with...took the time to go over all of our systems...Everything is is great working order. He did not try to upwell anything, which has been an issue in the past with larger Heating and Cooling Companies. I haven't received the statement so do not know the cost of services. I had total confidence in Pete and Bourque Mechanical and would refer to my neighbors and friends. Their business is in Rensselaer and my home in Clifton Park...that was not a problem. Scheduling was also very professional. Thanks.

Our unit went down on Wednesday before the 4th of July weekend. The owner went out of his way to squeeze us in and get our AC up and running for the holiday. He's also a gentleman and sticks to his word. The crew was professional and pleasant. They were on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. The company was responsive to our calls. The job went on time, as scheduled and the done at the price quoted. We are extremely happy with the results! This is the best contractor that we've ever used and we will continue to use them in the future. If you need an HVAC company, I highly recommend you use Bourque.

.The technician first performed an analysis of the problem by reviewing cell phone photos that had been forwarded to him. The technician provided detail instructions to me to see if i could remedy the problem without having him come out. When the proposed fix did not work he came out at two AM and made the necessary repairs.

There wasn't any dislike. They came in, did the job and they picked up after themselves.

I called in the morning and Borque Mechanical had a service technician at my home that afternoon. The service technician was on time, courteous and professional throughout the service call. I had described the problem as maybe a leak in the coolant line because that line was frosting up after the system would run for a few hours. Turns out that wasn't the problem at all. The service technician looked at the whole system carefully and found that when the AC system was originally hooked up (before we even bought the house) it was not properly wired. We have a forced air heating and cooling system and the heat is supposed to run on a low fan speed, but the AC on a high fan speed. That's what was never properly hooked up. The heat and AC were both running on low fan speed. We have had service calls from other companies over the years and no one ever noticed that problem before. The service technician looked at the whole system, checked and found no leaks, replaced the air filter, but, most importantly, properly wired the system so the AC now runs on high fan speed. Wow, what a difference ! ! Now the whole AC system runs like 3 times better than it ever did. I am very pleased with the service we received from Borque Mechanical and I highly recommend them.

The service provided was thorough. I asked many questions and watched the service that was performed. Technician seem to be knowledgeable and was professional.

It went fine. The system seems to be working properly. The technician informed me that if the filter gets clogged up the pipes can freeze and ruin the air conditioner, so it was good that he handled that.

When we booked the appointment we told the provider we had (40) roof top units and that (4) of them needed to be troubleshooted. Provider told me they were sending their best tech. Tech showed up could not service any of the AC units. Did not bring a ladder, when one of our maintenance staff asked if he wanted us to get him one he said there was no need. Office called me a few minutes later to let us know that this building was too big of a scope and they would need to send additional techs. They then referred us to another service provider.

Our appointment was made for within a week. The serviceman showed up right on time and went right to work. He went up to the attic and spent 10-15 mins. checking electric connections, duct work, cleaned the drain pan etc. He came down and went outside to check on the condenser. Refrigerant level was checked, {ok} the electrical connections and he cleaned the coil and fins. Came in and opened all the vents and checked the return vent filter. Then set the thermostat and ran the system. Checked all the vents to make sure we had cold air. {we did} Then he closed the access door to the attic and told us everything looked good. The man was here for @ 40 mins and did a thorough check up on our A/C system. He was so through that when I opened and he closed the attic access door some loose insulation feel on the floor and he was picking up the pieces now that's service !! With a price of only $69. The lady that made our appointment and the serviceman were very friendly. We plan to use BOURQUE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS INC for our heating and A/C systems in the future. Dave

Very professional and responsive when my old furnace started malfunctioning. I needed a new furnace and the provided brochures with the Carrier specifications for me to compare, as well as different levels of pricing. They also made sure that they quickly provided me with the documents I would need for the National Grid rebate program. Very pleased I all of my dealings with them.

We had Bryan Bourque replace our oil furnace with a geothermal heat pump furnace and underground pipes. The unit was delayed so work began about a week late but Bryan kept us informed and had the underground plumbing and new unit installed as soon as possible. He and all the people he worked with were very professional and neat. Our old furnace was large and difficult to remove and had to be cut into pieces and brought through the house and there were no problems at all.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had to call them on a Sunday , very early. I had boiling water coming out of my furnace and I had sold the house and the closing was scheduled first thing the next morning. My husband is in the military and was out of the country. Needless to say, Bourque came to the rescue! I forget the serviceman's name , but he was my hero. Came in diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the part, and fixed it as good as new. All at a reasonable price! Crisis averted. Thank goodness for this company. I'd recommend them highly!
