From beginning to end dealing with Thomas his son and their crew when repairing and replacing my roof was nothing short of perfect. Everyone was extremely professional. I definitely will use them for any future roofing needs. I highly recommend this company. Definitely a 5 star company.

Thomas James Roofing is a small family-owned business (father & son) that has a very well-deserved A+ rating from the BBB. A friend highly recommended Thomas James so we contacted them that Thursday, they came to assess the roof on Saturday afternoon (convenient for us) and gave us a very fair price along with a 10 year guarantee for their work. We agreed to the offer and didn’t even contact the other 2 roofers we had planned to get estimates from. Early Monday morning their workers were loading material on the roof. They worked like a well-oiled machine putting down quality Firestone material, flashing around the air conditioning units and skylight and a new gutter. They completed the job in one day and cleared all debris from the yard. Everyone was very knowledgeable, accommodating to our needs and extremely professional. In today’s day and age, it’s very surprising (and refreshing) to find a business with old fashion values and work ethic. We highly recommend Thomas James Roofing and give them a 5 star rating ON STEROIDS!

Thomas is very responsive. He calls back right away, and texts/emails details diligently. His crew works professionally and swiftly. My new roof with new gutter and drain were installed in less than 2 days, including all the old roof removals. They did a fantastic job. I recommend Thomas James whole heartedly.

Thomas came recommended from my brother, so I already had a good feeling about these guys. Tom has been in this business his whole life: his grandfather and father was in the business. Thomas came and explained to me the condition of my roof, he gave me options and explained each one through. I also had some gutter problems and water drainage issues which Thomas took the time to help walk me through solutions which I really appreciated. The price was good and I had a good feeling about these guys so I didn’t even get a second quote. I practically hired him on the spot and the good thing is that he was able to start within the week and was flexible with timing. His guys were just as professional and accommodating. Tom was very easily accessible via phone call or text to answer any questions or concerns I had which was very appreciated. Tom also followed up on some concerns I had about the water drainage issue!! Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

The workmanship was excellent from this very professional team. I appreciated the before and after photos and that no money was asked for upfront. Everything was explained to me in full detail before I agreed to the work being done. This is the finest roof work we've had in the almost 30 years that we've owned this house. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Thomas was very professional. He showed me material that would be used on the roof . 10 years guaranteed which convinced me to have the roof done. I was very satisfied and pleased with the work , I would most likely recommend to all my friends and neighbors and in the future if I need Thomas I will definitely call him again.

Thomas and his team did a tremendous job: they came on Friday morning, gave us an estimate by Friday afternoon and started the job on Monday. They are licensed and insured and made sure to get the job done well and fast. Price was definitely reasonable and I would recommend hiring him for all of your roofing and troubleshooting needs. Thomas' crew made sure that all the old material was collected and that everything was left in perfect condition: they also proactively ensured that my neighbor knew they would clean up any material that would fall in her yard while working on our roof. She texted me letting me know how appreciative she was was of them contacting her and cleaning up. Excellent service overall.

Well . Workers were on time.

Tom James was very professional and responded very fast. His crew was able to get the job done within 2 days including ripping off 3 layers of existing roof, layering new plywood down as the old was rotted, then putting a new layer down. He even included two vents to ventilate the attic. Customer service is his priority, asking multiple times after the project was finished, if I was satisfied with the job. His work also comes with a warranty as well. I had some questions regarding some of the roofing, so he is sending someone to take a look at it as well. Tom James takes pride in his work and it shows.

Tom and his crew was very reliable they came out give me an estimate which was very fair we agreed-upon the job and Tom was able to complete it within two days they was very clean and respectful to my property I'd highly recommend him it's been a few weeks and we have had a lot of rain and no more leaks thanks to Thomas
