"Jon was nice enough to deal with but the limited amount of time that he spent, the amount of work involved and the products needed, nowhere near justified the $1,800.00 fee. He visited the house on 8/15, came back on 8/19 and was completed on 8/29, with a total of 90 minutes on the job. I have had bats return twice since his service was completed. The first time, he recommended I open the windows to let the bat out. The second time was this past Thursday night and I was told he would try and fit me in and I have yet to hear back. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I really dislike feeling like I paid way, way too much for the limited time involved and to not have the problem resolved."

Trust a TRAINED professional, not some fly by night that claims to be a chimney sweep. Did you know that a chimney without a flue cap gets the same amount of rain inside the smoke chamber and smoke shelf area during a rain storm as a five gallon bucket would placed outside without a lid on it? "I contacted this company almost 2 years ago. The “training” they provide is not training. It’s a piece of paper they give you to train your own dog. My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"
