The work was performed by the same person who made the estimate. Dave is very professional and did a very complete job. Dave went around the entire house and applied a metal barrier, supplemented by copper mesh. He explained everything clearly. He did trapping prior to the seal up; he called prior to each visit. There were a few other very minor things that needed to be done that he took care of without asking for additional $$$.
