Description of Work: Pricey, but did a beautiful job cleaning vintage couches -- they looked practically new.

Description of Work: I had two expensive oriental carpets cleaned, as well as had my tile floors cleaned, retouched and re-grouted. The carpets came back looking like new- the price wasn't cheap, but not over the top. It was definitely worth it. My work on my tile floors took about double the time they estimated to get it done. I think the job was a lot more work than originally anticipated, however, I wasn't charged anymore, and better yet, one of the owners (family member) joined his crew to finish the work to my satisfaction. Most importantly, they did not cut any corners to finish the job. They are VERY professional and do quality work. I would definitely recommend them again.

Description of Work: I called FabraClean, who I have used satisfactorily in the past, to come clean 1 room of carpet and a couch and chair. I called the week of 9/17/12 for service the following week and was told that the earliest they could send someone for an estimate was October 2nd. This was not satisfactory. I found another vendor in Anglie's List who came the week I needed the service and did a fine job at a fair price.They did not need to send someone to do an estimate. I won't call FabraClean again and will use the new vendor for my future needs.

Description of Work: They were very professional and prompt. My kitchen and bathrooms were regrouted and sealed. Price would've been ok if I felt it as if it would last but it seems like I will have to repeat the process much sooner than later. They had to come back twice to seal My bathroom tile as not enough sealant was used. I'm already seeing a lot of staining on my kitchen. They were very easy to work with but I feel the work was mediocre. I was asked if I'd use them again my response is I'm not sure.

Description of Work: i contacted Fabra-Cleen for both countertop maintenance and general housecleaning. I did not use their services only because I decided to temporarily postpone the projects. Fabra-Cleen's technicians came cross as highly qualified. They made two separate visits and in both cases were punctual and professional in their approach. They provided good technical advice on countertop and furniture care and accommodated me by adjusting estimates to meet my requirements. The estimates were clear, detailed and provided on a timely basis. My experience with Fabra-Cleen was good and i intend to use its services whenever proceeding with my projects.
