Alia Heating Cooling and Refrigeration

I couldn’t be happier with Alia Heating Cooling and Refrigeration. Not only did they come and fixed the initial issue, they also serviced my boiler at the same time under one reasonable price. He also shared some info to me so I can know how to properly maintain my own boiler for future services. I would definitely recommend Alia to anyone with Heating, Cooling or Refrigeration needs.

I could not be home at the time they were looking to schedule. Wes scheduled the time I needed and came out personally, showing up 10 minutes early. He did a great job and is highly recommended.

Our AC stopped working during one of the hottest weeks in the summer. Wes came the same day we called. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options. He and his partner Joe came on a weekend (exactly on time) to do the repair just so we wouldn't have to go another day in the heat. Wes even called that evening to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with Wes' professionalism and the service that he and his partner, Joe, provided on my old furnace. They came on short notice and got my hot water radiator heating system up and running. During the course of our discussions, Wes advised me of a more efficient heating system alternative. I plan to have Wes and Alia Heating and Cooling install my new heating system in the near future.

Wes was prompt, pleasant and helpful! I called him on my way home from work and although he was unable to get one of his guys out to my house, he came himself and was in my driveway before I was! Alia and Joe were very professional and cared about repairing our 20+ year furnace in the most effective way. They needed a part and drove immediately to pick it up and came back within minutes to install it. I would hire them again and again.

New Gas Steam Boiler maintenance. He was on time and did a good job cleaning the boiler tubes. He wasn't knowledgeable with respect to the proper way of cleaning the sediment in the boiler. He over flushed and overfilled it causing water to overflow into my steam pipe and leak at the joint. As a result of the leaking pipe, he said the heating system should not be turned on until the pipe was replaced. However, upon consulting an experienced plumber, he recommended I use the system before deciding on replacing the pipe because the leak was result of the pressure of the water not meant to flow through a steam pipe. Thankfully, the boiler is working well and there is no leak in the pipe.

Wes was able to readily identify the problem with my 16+ year old furnace, run out to obtain the necessary replacement part, install the part, and get the furnace to fire up properly, all in a very short time. Wes arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional, and knowledgeable.

He came on short notice and on a Friday night right on our first evening at our new home. He was knowledgeable and explained every step of his inspection and filling the missing refrigerant. Our central AC works great now.

Wes the owner promised to come as soon as he could. He showed up less then an hour after my call. He wasn't optimistic when he looked at the unit. He went outside, did some tests replaced one part and it was up and running! Wes is my hero! Great guy, honest and professional. If I could rate him a ten, I would!

My A/C had to be totally replaced. Wes and his team came at 11am on a Saturday morning and left at 11:30pm just to make sure it was working perfectly. I could not have asked for better customer service. They wanted to make sure I didn't spend another night sleeping in my basement. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommended them.
