Wes is excellent at communication. He returns calls, verifies appointment times, arrives on time. He explains everything he is doing so you understand the process. Though brought in to quote a replacement system, he quickly diagnosed this as not necessary, went and picked up the part we needed, and had it installed and running all under 1.5 hours. He came and did the job and worked for 4 hours on the hottest day of the week and wouldn't take any money until job was completed.
