"Did not follow contract HE WROTE! Called him out on it. His response "for what you need it for is fine!" Used wainscoating on porch floor instead of decking. Contract said in kitchen go down to subfloor and check for rot (house was victorian)...he laid 3/4" plywood over all floor layers..couldnt open back door. He said would cut back door. I said you're not cutting back door!.... go to subfloor! I came back, door was cut. I told him not to come back. He removed all supplies I had paid for, put lien on house for second payment for items not used on my house....like I'm not going to go to HD and have them run thru skews. Sued him, but lawyer only one that made out. Jim Marino is a swindler, produces shoddy work, difficult to deal with."
