The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

The Brothers that just do gutters were extremely professional, courteous, punctual, etc. They pointed out major problems with my existing gutters. They worked tirelessly for one entire day to get the job done, and done well. My house looks surprisingly better with the new gutters which are performing great, as advertised. I would certainly have no problem recommending them.

Installation went great. After the guardswere on for a couple of weeks I noticed that in some places they were not able to handle all the water coming down through sprouts from another part of the roof (no wonder... the roof is very large!). They came and applied a fix for free as soon as feasible. Great quality, reasonable price and great service (incl. communication). THANK YOU!

They were good. It was somewhere between $7000 and $8000. It worked out very well. I am very happy. I got bigger gutters too and they did a nice job fixing them. Personally, I wish the price was a lot less but they were in line. I had no problems.

Install went great, but they never addressed a major leak that I still have. I reached out to Job a few times for repair and it was never fixed.

First, they insisted that I be present to review and get an estimate. I didn't really understand why as the work that needed to be done was pretty self evident, but I agreed. On the day we were supposed to meet, 30 minutes before my first appointment, they called to cancel, stating a family emergency. Needless to say, I had already left work early to meet them, so it would been nice to have some advanced notice. He apologies and said that he would come out in 1 week (I didn't need to be there this time) to provide an estimate. 2 days after he was supposed to come out to look at the work, I called him again since I hadn't heard from him. He said he did look at the gutters but due to another family emergency, he wasn't able to work up the estimate. He said he would do so in the next 5 days. As I the writing of this review, it has been over 14 days since he "supposedly' came out to look at my gutters. No call back. No estimate. Nothing but bad feelings. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. While family emergencies do happy, a courtesy call could have made a bad situation better. (Update 4/14) The day I wrote this review, he came out to look at the gutters and provided a quote. I am happy that he eventually did provide me the quote and I do think that he had some extenuating circumstances, but again, I wish he had communicated better with me.

They were great. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. They did a nice job. I scheduled service with these guys in the fall; they were pretty booked so they gave me an appointment in December, and then the weather was so awful that they were delayed for a while. So, while the service was a bit later than I had planned, it was due to the awful weather this winter.

Their pricing was reasonable. They seemed very knowledgable and gave me different options. We talked about the types of gutters and he was thorough in answering my questions. They were unable to perform the work because one of the sides of my home is three stories which was a liability issue. I understand why they were not able to perform the service for me.

They did fine, they came, they did their job, and they did everything they said. I felt like they tried to up sell products that I am not sure we needed. I didn't appreciate that. They were nice and polite, and they did their job.I paid a little more because we had more gutter, and they were very adamant, and had high pressure sales for putting something in the gutter. They were good, professional. and polite, but you need to make it very clear, that you want them just for their job, and not their products.

They ended up charging me more for additional linear footage.

They were great. I highly recommend them.

The work was good. The workmen were professional, prompt and friendly. BUT they charged a lot, too much. It felt like bait and switch. First you pay $99 for supposedly $200 worth, then there is no work for that amount. I was quoted another $400 for installing a small amount of gutter. Then the salesman changed his mind and came down $200. This made me uneasy. But I already had invested in it.

It went great, they were extremely helpful, did not try and oversell us and we were very happy with the experience

They accidentally bent my leader pipe on way down, but came back to fix it free of charge. Very professional!

TBTJDG installed new gutters and down pipe on the closed in porch at the front of the house. The gutters were larger than the previous ones. The job went well and I consider it to be a quality job. The scheduling and communication from the girls at the office were also efficient and courteous. The only thing I was not sure of was the price, which was around $11 per linear foot - that seemed expensive. However, overall, I am very happy with the work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out well. They cleaned up after themselves.

They installed brand new gutters for me. They were really great to work with. They came to my house, were efficient and cleaned up well. It was pleasure to work with them. They were very attenttive and responsive.

They replaced a long gutter and glided a pitch problem. Also installed two smaller gutters. Helpful, friendly, smart. Would recommend without hesitation!

Located source of malfunction. Replaced old equipment. The problem was corrected -- quality work. Pleasure to deal with.

All I needed was to have a portion of my sagging gutter reattached (which was one of the services stated in the big deal). The estimator who came out to my home said that he could not perform the service because "it did not make economical sense to send a crew from his location to my house to perform the service. He said to contact a local company. My sense was the contractor was fishing for other work and had no intentions to just perform some of the listed services stated in the Big Deal.

This is the 2nd time I have hired this company. I can not say anything but the utmost satisfaction. Since I had them here twice I got to meet two different crews. Nice professional young men.

They were on my roof and checked all my gutters and nails. They replaced several end caps on the gutters that were damaged. I am having them back to install their gutter guard in the Spring of next year. Super people. Very courteous and answered all of my questions.

This was one of Angie's Big Deals. The details of Big Deal were a little confusing, but it came down to a $100 savings off the cost of the job. Two salesmen came out and reviewed and measured what needed to be done. They also supplied me with a copy of their insurance which I thought was a good move on their part. I didn't have to ask for it. They were very helpful and were not pushy. Did not try to sell me more than I needed. I called them in a few days and told them I wanted to proceed with the job. I mailed them a check for a $200 deposit with a copy of the signed proposal and a date was set up. Two young men arrived 20 minutes early to do the job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about their craft. Job was completed to my satisfaction in less than 2 hours. Payment for the balance was made by check.

They called us, set it all up; they came out and did the work. Everything went very well. Their work was nice and neat. There was no trash or anything on the floor. When I came home from work there was a new gutter. They cleaned up after themselves.
