Beware of the Central PA division. Hortible prices, for shotty service.

From the estimate to the work being down was very pleasurable. The 3 guys who installed the gutters were very friendly and very attentive to my needs. Big shout out to Felix, Addison, Raul.

Be wary of the Buckhead/West Atlanta division. If you do not have the time to watch over the installation crew I can assure you the job will not be completed at quoted. I had high hopes for this group but was let down in the end.

Brothers replaced a damaged gutter over my garage. The work crew arried on time and completed the replacement in a short time. Both the work crew and customer service were professional and courtious. The project was reasonably priced. If you are in need of gutter repair or replacement, I would highly recommend Brothers and their gutters. I may hire them to clean my gutters in the fall.

They came out for quote. I signed contract via email and made deposit. A week later I called because nobody had contacted me for scheduling work. I got a commitment date for work to be done in 2 1/2 weeks with time frame. On the scheduled date, I waited and waited andwhen it started getting dark I called main office. They couldn't get a hold of anyone out in field. A minute later I got a call saying they were 15 minutes away. It was already too dark for them to do the job. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Very unproffessional. A waste of time, rainy days with gutters that had been damaged by falling branches. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. Seems like it's a side business they're running. Not a full time business.

Justin and his partner did a fantastic job installing a radius copper gutter around a portion of our house. The final job was neat and showed a great amount of skill. The only item that I would give a slightly lower score for was the fact that excessive flux from the soldering operation fell onto my wood deck and railing staining them. I was able to wash the stains out, however, so there was no permanent damage. The price was much better than others out in the market by multiples.

Their response and courteous service is excellent. The job will be performed two weeks from today. I will send you a review once they have done the installation.

Went well. Did not try to sell me gutters for entire house, simply replaced problem gutters that I wanted. Very easy to work with. Good prices. Good workmanship. Everyone seemed very pleasant.

Justin Walker and his team did a fantastic job! They were friendly, polite and professional. Justin took pictures of every gutter so we could see the work they had done. I have used the Brothers before to install the gutters, both copper and aluminum, so this is my second experience with them. They did not disappoint. I highly recommend!

No show and they have my large deposit Are you kidding me! When I asked for my money back the girl didn’t know how to return my money and when she did it wrong wouldn’t pick the phone up totally avoided me and the original guy lied about the reason why they didn’t come Not knowing I was home all day waiting! I will not have anything good to say about Angie’s list now

Two sections of our gutters and downspouts needed to be replaced. They did a great job and efficiently - even a very warm day.

These guys were fantastic from start to finish -- their communication was excellent (via text and phone which was super helpful), they showed up when they said they would, and their work was absolutely top-notch.

It took a long.time before someone could actually come out to do the work . Once the work was done ,all was right with the world again

I want my relationship with this company to be a positive one. It did not begin that way - but, in fairness to the owner/business, there was an employee who no longer works there that was apparently the problem- he was my first contact at a local fair and therefore first impression- communication ceased after the initial estimate. The newly hired representative reached out months later. The price was reduced, a bit, to my satisfaction and the job was scheduled. A crew of three guys spent about 90 minutes on the roof. They cleaned/cleared the gutters and downspouts and installed the Englert 5" Microguards. I walked the perimeter of the roof after the job was done. All my questions were answered with professionalism and care. The guards appear to look installed correctly. If you do the research, there is really no gutter guard/system that is 100% maintenance free. Cleaning just needs to be done less often. Having said that, I think i am satisfied. I say that because we don't have a lot of trees, especially pine, too close to the house. I anticipate I will be able to walk the roof once or twice a year with a leaf blower and simply clear any built up debris on top of the guards. It is not an inexpensive job but if it keeps ice/snow etc. from building up inside the gutters- then the cost will have been worthwhile. Time will tell. Getting back to the company- at first i was a bit dismayed to learn they are a franchise and not really the "brothers" but I got over that. The new representative as well as the rest of the crew including office staff were caring and professional. I am not sure if I will use their "plan." If they make me a good offer and I feel it is worth it, I may. I feel confident that if, small word that means a lot, IF, I have any issues with the guards- they will come back and support me by correcting any issues at no further cost as stated by the crew leader. As I said earlier, I want to have a positive relationship especially since they are local and I want to see a good, reputable company succeed. Finally, just a really picky thing on my part, earlier in the process they said they were going to give my request of a slightly lower price to a "solutionist." They called back and said, "there is nothing they could do." In my, opinion, NOT much of a "solutionist" since the new representative did come down in price anyway. The term "solutionist" is just silly. Especially if they can't come up with a solution and were willing to lose a job.

They did a nice job and were very efficient and they cleaned up well afterwards, I couldn't complain at all. They were a very nice company to have do the work. the gutters are still holding up after 7 years

wires and caps seam OK, but the leak was not fixed after 4-5 visits and now I've hired another company to fix the problem

Overall, it went very well. All who showed up were professional and hard working. They left site mostly clean. (I did find occasional copper screws on the lawn afterward). I am never sure how much such work might cost, so it did appear expensive. Still, the work was done well and I will call them back to complete another gutter job.

Replacement of gutter and downspout was done without us having to be home. Only disappointment, which was corrected the next day, was that the gutter guards we had on the old gutter to keep leaves and branches out of the gutter, were not replaced. They were not discarded, and left for us to reinstall. I called and explained that I was not told it was not part of the job and the following day they came back and installed my gutter guards.

The project went well starting from quotation to completion of the job.

It went very smooth. I was giving options for my home, including one that included more expensive gutter guards for the second floor gutters, but less expensive ones for the gutters on the part of my house that is only one story tall. This saved me a significant amount of money. They also installed the gutter guards very quickly after the contract was signed and performed it without me needing to be at home.

Great. Work was careful, thorough and aesthetically pleasing.

We had the solutionist Dana come out for an estimate. He patiently explained things to my husband and then repeated it all to me when I got home. He had a calm, pleasant demeanor and made us feel comfortable hiring them. We then had three separate teams come out on three separate days for the installation. Gutters look great and the bonus -- our basement is now dry!
