The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

Initially, the inquiry was made for gutter cleaning, but upon inspection, there was a need to replace the old gutters. The crew was professional, informative, punctual and easy to contact. The work was done in a timely manner.

We used them twice. It's convenient because you can pay over the phone with your credit card or whatever. It makes it a little easier.

fine. The only problem I had was that they didn't tell me their system, so I kept waiting for them to call me, but it doesn't work that way. First you have to schedule an appraisal and sign your approval. Then you have to send them a 50% deposit. Then once they get the deposit you have to call back to schedule the work. Nowhere on the web site does it explain the necessity of this sequence of events.

Prompt service from 1st phone call through cleaning date. Was kept posted on appointment. Crew was professional and explained work that was done.

They were great - prompt, finished on time, unobtrusive while they were working, and the work has held up very well given the huge rains we've had. Very happy with them.

Original estimate, "professionally" presented, was clearly a lowball. The work I determined had to be done was confirmed after this firm began work. Price doubled. Nevertheless, I knew what I was getting into so I hired this contractor any way. The actual work is the best and very professional.

Their crew came on time. They were very professional. They did both a nice installation (cleaned all the gutters and installed 5" One Guard aluminum gutter guards) and a nice clean up. I highly recommend this provider. From the estimate to completion they handled them selves and the process most efficiently and professionally.

We have a gutter that needs attention pretty quickly and I called the company two weeks ago and left a message with the local branch servicing White Plains . I left it 4 days before calling back to see what happened and I had to leave another message with the local branch. I finally had to call back a 3rd time and got to speak to someone who told me they would call back the next day. They didn't and I had to call back again. Finally after nearly 2 weeks I'm told that someone will be here today between 10am and 12pm. I had to change things around to be here but of course no one turned up anyway so I went out to do my errands. I get back to find a message from the driver telling me that he has had a flat tyre and so he can't come out to me because it's going to take all day to get someone out to help him. I've never worked with such an incompetent bunch of people ever before and I will never call their number again!!

They did a great job. Several sections were done in one morning. One section required a different kind of strap, which they had to come back to do when they got the different materials, and that too was done swiftly and professionally. Loved working with them from the initial quote to the finish.

I was not happy at their first application I did not like the layout or the installation. The were very very responsive and said they wanted me to be 100% happy they changed the installation . The worked hard to make me happy. Both my 230 year old house in Bedford and their continued effort was work but we received a very well done end result.

This is our third time using this company and we have always been struck by their competence, reliability, and friendliness. After this last cleaning we had a great deal of rain and noticed that the water was coming down between the gutter and the fascia in one section of gutter. I voiced our concern and without hesitation the office arranged for a crew to come to the house to check out the problem and do whatever was necessary for no additional charge. The guys that have come to the house have always been friendly and professional. The people in the office are responsive and accommodating. What more can you ask for?

Estimate for gutter cleaning of my back gutter only. The office set up the appointment 2 weeks out, which seemed a bit odd, given the time of year, but it has been unseasonably warm this year. The estimator called on the day of the appointment to provide me a phone estimate based on a Google Earth view of my house. The estimate starts @ $400.00 for the whole house, but since it was only the back, it would be $200.00, and this phone estimate would save us some time. My time was already wasted, and there were other deals available on Angies List at the time of first contact for less than $100.00. This Google Earth estimate didn't have to wait 2 weeks, and the office could have also told me the starting price at the beginning.

Their price was $1300 lower than the first company that gave us an estimate. The explanation about how the gutter guard they used worked was thorough. They scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. We inspected the work after they were finished, and found a couple of small problems. They came back twice to fix the problems, again in a timely manner, and were courteous and professional about it. The leaves are all down now, and as expected, there is no leaf buildup on top of the gutter guards. It has rained hard a couple of times, and everything is working well.

This company was hired on 11/2 and given a 50% deposit to clean the gutters, remove the existing leaf screens and repair a corner gutter over the front door that is leaking and causing water damage. After one month (and an angry phone call) the men showed up (12/1) and spent ten minutes blowing leaves and were ready to leave and collect the balance. They claimed to not have been instructed to remove the grates or repair the damage. I was told that I would have to call the company to reschedule another appointment. The job has yet to be completed!!!!! The company has been unapologetic and down right rude. This is a very unprofessional company. I would have been better off hiring a local roofer/gutter person.

They are absolutely professional and knowledgeable. I needed gutters cleaned for my home out of state. They arrived on time, yes they did try to show me the self cleaning gutters. But once i told him my situation ( house would be put for sale shortly) etc he was respectful of my time and gave a quote on the spot. I even made arrangements to have the cleaning done without me being present, in addition they sent me photos so I knew the work was done. 100% i would recommend them.

Easy estimate. The price and work was clearly communicated. The job was done as promised and scheduled without any supervision. I would hire them again.

We had 3 visits prior to completed date. On the 1st visit, the men were punctual to start work but their ladders were too short for safe access. 2nd visit when they did go up they saw that the original gutters brackets were installed under the bricks of the roof which meant removing the layer of bricks (1928 tudor brick roof).they discussed with us we decided to cut the gutters off the brackets and so a new date was fixed. Finally on 9/8/15 they came in worked professionally removed the old and installed the new. We are extremely satisfied, will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Workman showed up on time. New gutters look good. Waiting to see how well the gutter guards and heat tape work. Cleaned up work site as promised. Only complaint was some of the shrubs were mangled and branches broken off. Also found it surprising that they did not show up with enough of the blank material that they were forming the gutters with and had to send one worker to get more resulting in a bit of delay at the job site.

Everything went very well. The work was done in a very prompt and professional manner and was an excellent value.

The crew was lovely, on time, polite, etc. I was pleased with the process until about three days later when it rained. Every single one of my gutters overflowed, with water pouring over the front. This has happened with ever subsequent rain. I suppose it's possible that this was somehow unrelated to the quality of their work - I do live in the woods - but I will never know because they haven't responded to my request to come back. Now, I've got to start over with someone else.
