The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

Just so-so. I think they were more interested in selling me replacement gutters even though I just had new gutters installed last year. They said they weren't right and I needed different ones. Not great.

Called the Brothers on Tuesday and they were at my house on Thursday. The office called the day before with a 3hr timeframe. Peter and his helper were prompt and courteous. After the cleaning, they addressed an issue we had with the pitch of the house (which we had already suspected to be a problem). He recommended a new downspout for an additional cost of $135. We moved forward with the work (which was done quickly and efficiently). Upon payment, Peter gave me the obligatory sales pitch for gutter guards but he was not pushy. He wrote up a proposal and left it with me for consideration. I will definitely call them in the fall for another cleaning.

They were very professional and courteous. And of course, did a great job.

They were excellent. Their service and quality was very good. They were very professional, they came on time and they are productive. The advertisement was excellent, I would say it is right down the money because they said whatever is right and they did a good job. Installation wise, quality wise and I was satisfied.

The brothers showed up on time, introduced themselves, revirpewed the work to be done, checked I with me on completion . They were personable, professional, and thorough.

Got the Angies List Big Deal gutter cleaning. Cleaning crew came on time, were professional and completed the work. Great experience.

The service was fine. Afterwards it felt like they were trying to sell me new gutters so I did not come a way with a great feeling.

Just an estimate. The price shown is for replacing the gutters. I did not like being hustled for new gutters when all we need was to have the old ones fixed up.

It was smooth and painless and a very quick turn around time. I would use them again for sure.

We were called to make an appointment as soon as we purchased the coupon. The day befoe the appt. we were called to remind. The girl was very polite and friendly. The workers called from their truck as they approached our neighborhood, on time. The name of one was Jim, and the other one was actually his brother! They were not, however the owners of the company. They were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The job was finished in a timely manner, clean up was immaculate, and we are thrilled with the results.

Their office called me almost immediately upon my buying the offer on the Internet, with no other prompting from me. They set up an appointment, and double-checked the parameters of the offer up front to eliminate any surprises. The team arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I was highly impressed and will gladly use this company again.

They did very well. They recommended some things and we went ahead and did some of them and some of them we didn't. They did a great job on everything they did. Their pricing was reasonable. They initially went to the wrong house so somebody got their free gutter cleaning so then they came over and then they were finished so it was really good. I think they did a very good job. They came up looking very nice and professional. It was not the nicest of days when they were here but they went ahead and did everything they were supposed to do and made recommendations.

Jamie and his brother, who both conducted the work together, are very knowledgeable, considerate, forthcoming and most pleasant to work with!

There was some confusion regarding the big deal coupon and if it was $95 for full house gutter clean or $95 for first 100 feet. They honored the coupon as printed and did the entire house for $95.

Our house needed new gutters. I didn't know who to hire so I checked Angie's List. The Brothers That Just Do Gutters are the highest rated providers for gutters in our area and there's a reason why: they are fantastic! Every person I dealt with at the company was professional and courteous -- from setting the appointments (with Rebecca, a very nice person who was helpful in working around my schedule), to getting the estimate (with Kyle - also very nice and very knowledgeable), to the final installation (with Angelo and Mike, very polite and very professional young men). I got calls to confirm appointments, calls to let me know they were on their way to the house, and calls to follow-up on installation. During installation, I was even advised that I had some rotten fascia boards on one side of the house and they gave me time to get them replaced, then came back after a few weeks - yes, came back! - and installed the gutters on that side at no additional charge! They took away all of the old gutters and left the place spotless. I am so pleased with my new gutters! They are good quality, low profile and attractive - and work great, I might add, since we had a nice rainfall here a couple of nights ago! I just can't say enough good things about the Brothers That Just Do Gutters!

I responded to an Angie's List special offer on March 30th. I called that day and got an appointment for Monday, April 15---- Not bad since it is spring and they offered a very good promotion. I received a phone call the Friday before to confirm that they were coming, and another phone call came in 15 minutes before they were due to arrive on that Monday. The two men were cordial, courteous, professional and polite. What more can I say? They arrived promptly and set to work immediately. The gutters were cleaned by hand and the area was left spotlessly clean. Painless, fast and professional. This is the way gutter cleaning should be!

I bought the Big Deal to do gutters this spring, then found that my gutters were already clear. When I asked for an extension till Fall, when my gutters will be a mess, The Brothers Who Do Gutters, very kindly complied.

They were two busy to come out on two consecutive weekends. Finally agreed that that would come out and walk the property without me and email an estimate. Office was supposed to call me back and let me know when someone would come out, but never was told when. Guy just showed up at the house. Received the estimate, and emailed them back to get a quote on a leaf-guard system as well. Was told he couldn't give an immediate quote since the paperwork was in the office, but never heard back from them. Estimate was higher than others received, but based on their lack of customer service in setting up appointment and providing an estimate, would not use even if they were the cheapest.

This was inappropriately offered to my area. It was not covered. The company was prompt in their response and my refund was given immediately.

the weather delayed the job but when it was done, all went well.

The rep first called and re-set the appointment to a different day. Their estimate for gutters was the highest I recieved. Their estimate for gutter protection was significantly higher than another company's quote for the same product. I haven't hired anyone yet, but it won't be tis company. Estimate was too high, too vague.

I contacted the company and they sent out someone to inspect and provide an estimate within days of my initial call. The installation appointment was set soon but had to be re-scheduled. The office staff was helpful and courteous- and always responsive to any inquiry.

I used them last year and I was happy with their work. I scheduled the ceaning and they came when promised and did the cleaning.
