Went very well. They were professional and knowledgeable. We asked for an estimate for a followup to replace a few gutters in the future and clean leaves from the gutters before winter set in. I found THOSE prices to be a little high.

Extremely focused and professional. Arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They were courteous and when there was an minor inconsistency with their work order and our expectations they focused on our expectations!

Bait and switch. Unbelievably deceitful!! What we got were just gutters with no covers. We realized recently when the leaves were accumulating in the gutters that there were no gutter covers installed. We called the company to let them know that there was a mistake as there should have been covers. They responded that it was not in the contract!! Kyle discussed it with us. We agreed to pay for the covers and thought the price he quoted us included covers. His handwritten contract apparently didn't. When we called them they insisted that it was not in the contract and would cost us an additional $600!! That's almost as much as the gutters cost! I politely declined and let them know that they were dishonest and misrepresented themselves in making us think that it was included. I would never recommend them or do business with them again. Clearly these are dishonest people!!

They were very professional. They couldn't have been nicer gentleman. We had a couple issues and they came right back out to fix them. They got the job done quickly. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I was very pleased by the men that came out, as well as the office staff. They also gave me an Angie's List discount, which saved me $200!

All aspects of our contact were excellent - they were great about communicating, worksmanship was good, they were punctual. Highly recommend

If you just want them to clean your gutters- they seem great. A few things to know: Scheduling: The email confirming the gutter cleaning was unclear about the date. It said a Thursday May 11th (2012). The 11th was a Friday. Either day was fine so I didn't follow up and I had seen the other reviews stating there were scheduling "problems" of that nature. So When they give you a date- look at a calendar before you respond so you can clarify when they are coming. Proposal for gutter replacement: We had recently purchased the house. The gutter on the back of the house had been replaced in the last few years. EXCEPT, that they had to move the down spout to accommodate the size of modern downspouts and ran the down spout so it landed right at the person door going into the garage/basement- the end on the ground is seriously 1foot long. This door is below grade and the property slopes toward it. There is a drainage grate- a good 5 feet from the end of the downspout, but it is not lower than the concrete by the back door. I specifically asked for a proposal to redo the back gutter and relocate the downspout away from this low spot by the back door. There are only 2 down spouts on the house and the one by the garage is centered on the house and handles an entire 1/2 of the water coming off the roof. Having that amount of water pouring out a foot from the door means in a big rain water will come in before it gets to the drain. I received no feedback or proposal about the state of my gutters. I followed up in November. The response was, they had looked at my gutters in the spring cleaning and thought everything looked fine, but they could recommend a wider gutter for the front and sent me a proposal for that. I would not use them to install gutters, because it seems that someone who thinks about water flowing all day should think that a downspout pouring water that close to the house, never mind in a low spot is a problem.

The crew showed up on time and was very courteous. The work was performed with great attention to detail, extreme cleanliness and protecting the roof and exterior of the house. We could not have asked for better results. The entire crew worked in a professional and timely manner.

We had some issues with their work. They came back promptly and fixed it but they did a sloppy job. We had to call them again and they double checked all the work and fixed any issues. Things are in place now and we are somewhat happy with them.

They got back to me within two days and they sent someone out. He was very great and very professional. They were very prompt and they came when they said they were gonna come. I was very pleased with them and they were great. They knew what they were talking about and they didn't push on something.I decided not to use them only because they were higher than what I wanted to spend.

Guys were great, office was always in contact through every step, Kyle was early doing the estimate, and the guys were early and did a great job with the old not so square house and tied it into my drainage as asked.. Very professional and timely. The only negative was the price, after speaking with some friends on their gutters i paid a little more than they did; however, i will absolutely use them again, they have a very solid business are very good at what they do and high quality materials. After about a month i've had no leakage problems, and there is a 90 degree over my front door that ALWAYS leaked, it has not leaked once, great job.

Went well. No issues. Also replaced clogged gutter. Prompt, courteous. Will use again.

I had the company come out to give me an estimate for the work that was going to be performed. They were professional, polite and on time. Unfortunately, the estimated price was more than I was prepared to pay.

The guys are great. They showed up the first day right on time, then worked through several short rain showers before calling it a day when it started to downpour. But they were back the very next morning and finished the job. They were informative and walked me through the project beforehand. I would HIGHLY recommend working with the Brothers That Just Do Gutters when you need repairs or installs.

The service turned out great. I was not there, but my sister was. She was very happy with them, but I do not entirely know why. We purchased two deals, and we did two houses, one house as a two family house. There was an additional charge for the two family houses. I think they charged us another $90. So, all together it was like $270, but again that was for three houses.

Both for the estimate and for the installation, workers were on time, very professional, actually listened to my requests, and answered all of my questions. They never made me feel as if I was keeping them from another job. The estimator even suggested that since my downspouts were in good condition, they did not need to be replaced. The installers also were very professional, worked efficiently and cleanly, and completed the job within the projected time frame. They even ran a rolling magnet over my entire lawn, walkways, and driveway when they were done, so as not to leave behind any scraps of metal or screws!!! Overall, an excellent experience!!! I would happily use them again, and would recommend them to others without any reservations. Thanks, "Brothers" !!!

Excellent service. they arrived on time introduced themselves. Explained what they were going to do. Checked the gutters cleaned the gutters, and downspouts. made sure eveything was working properly and explained everything they did. I was very impressed i called the company and told them what a great job their employees did.

Very seamless interaction. On the first visit it was determined that the 5" gutters were not the correct size for my house and it was explained very well. Since each truck is setup for a different size gutter system we had to reschedule for another date. On the second visit the same lead installer returned and he remembered all that we discussed before, so the work started promptly and was completed in a timely fashion. After the work was done we walked around the house to take a look and there were no issues as expected, the cleanup was very thorough also.

The workers were polite and prompt. They gave us some advice on how to prevent further issues and the approximate cost of those services. It was helpful information.

It worked out pretty well! The big deal was apparently only for straight gutters, but for corners they charged me extra. They definitely listened to what I wanted to get done and how I wanted to get it done. They definitely, compared to other people didn't just go and do what they know to do or what they want to do. They actually did what I told them to do. They finished and actually gave me a call and told me, "Is this how you want to get it done?" I said, "No. That's not what I wanted done. I wanted it to be done this way and this way" And they went back and redid it.

Excellent....Weill use them again

The crew arrived on time, and performed quickly and efficiently. The gutters worked very well during the last heavy rains we had last week. We are very happy with the crew, their professionalism and workmanship and we loved the price as well. Couldn't have done better. Thank you for a great job!

The work was very good and guys were very good. They showed up on time and they were really excellent. Rebecca in the office was great to work with. It seemed like every time I scheduled with them it would rain. I would call her, she would get right back to me, and we would reschedule. I had an excellent experience with them and I really liked them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them. I got confused on how the big deal worked. The guys did not know that I had purchased the big deal and said that I owed them $244 for the work. Once I told them that I had purchased the big deal, there were no extra charges and they left. I will use them again.

They were great. They came out right after I bought the big deal. They called that afternoon. They were right on top of it. I spent more than I purchased the big deal.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was great. The took the old ones off and put the new ones on. The set up their truck right in my driveway and used a machine that made the gutters right on site. The young men who came out were very nice and polite. They introduced themselves and told me what was going to happen. They also were neat and clean. They honored the Big Deal price and did not try to push other services on me.
