Description of Work: Michael cleared a clogged kitchen drain and repaired appropriate parts of the drain. He came on short notice completed the repairs and cleaned up after finishing the work. We were very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: This was the second job we gave to Michael. The first involved rather simple repairs. This time we had him re-plumb a seven year old boiler with side-arm water heater that had been badly done the first time. The original work was incomplete, sloppily and improperly done leaving us with a mess of pipes and air locks, rattles, and water hammer problems. Michael did a beautiful job--neat, clean, well thought out. He came with the material he needed and worked steadily and methodically. Importantly, he listened to us and kept us fully informed concerning the work he was planning. His estimate was close to the final price. Also, Michael did not hesitate to partner with an expert boiler installer to counsel and oversee parts of the project. We did not ask him to do this. The job turned out to be a major re-ingineering of the boiler plumbing. Our boiler problems are resolved and we are very pleased. He cleaned up every day. Only very briefly did he interupt our water supply. We will certainly use Michael again.

Description of Work: We have had a persistent leak from the kitchen/dishwasher to the basement. I had opened walls and examined the exposed drain pipes and could not locate the leak. We selected Michael's Plumbing because of the large number of excellent ratings on Angie's List. Michael showed up, provided an estimate (which turned out to be very accurate) and we set a date a few days later to perform the service. Michael showed up on time and was prepared to perform the repair. Michael was careful to clear adjacent work areas and kept the disruption to a minimum. He performed the repair, showed me the damaged areas of the drain pipe which he replaced with upgraded items. Following work he carefully confirmed the repair was secure. He cleaned up and left the work area as he found it. All told a very satisfying solution to a long term hidden problem.

Description of Work: I needed a water line installed for the icemaker in my new refrigerator. I first called T. Webber Plumbing who wanted over $700!!! I thought this was pretty outrageoous sinece there is existing plumbing in the house. Their service was declined. I called Michael next. He was courteous, professional, prompt and considerably more reasonable... $200 for the same service. I was so pleased I had him do an additional small plumbing repair in my bathroom. I recommend him whole heartedly.
