They never contacted me after the initial contact initiated by Angie's list service. I called them a day later and left a message with my name, telephone and description of the job. They never replied. By the way, I had used them at least a couple of times in the past, but in the last couple of years they have not responded to any of the times I placed a call for a job, which makes me wonder whether they are still in business.

We called Michael and left a message. He returned our call later that morning and came over in the afternoon. We arranged for him to pick up a faucet for us on the phone. It was installed and functioning later that afternoon.

It was difficult due to corroded condition of pipes and valves, as well as awkwardness of location.

I had a broken refrigerator water line and the shut off valve failed, so I had to shut off water to most off my house. I went to Angie's list for plumbers and I placed a call to two plumbers including Michael's. Michael's got back to me within a half an hour and were at my house about an hour or so after the call back. The work looks good and the price of the fix seemed reasonable, although my experience with plumbing prices is minimal. I was extremely impressed with the quick call back and very grateful for the immediate response.

On time, professional, worked around our schedule, very trustworthy. Cleaned up after himself and even some things that were not his responsibility. He even planned his work around our 8 month olds nap schedule, doing the noisy things while she was up and the quieter when she was sleeping. Overall a wonderful experience with a dedicated and competent man. I look forward to finding more work for him to do around the house.

Mike and his crew is amazing. These guys are so dedicated, they stayed very late because of unanticipated issues in the job. The place was spotless after them. A few weeks later and everything is working just fine. He went out of his way to get me valves that I wanted. He even adjusted somethings in the water main that was leaking.

It was done quickly and professionally. I coudn't ask for better service

We have used Mike before. He is a personable guy who works fast, thorough, and very importantly to my wife, he is neat and does not make a mess. He knows his stuff and responds to a call very quickly. We have had no problem since with the parts in that he worked on. Job well done. Also, his prices are very reasonable..... We would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend. He does excellent, superb work!!

I called Michael Sat. afternoon just after his business hours and left a message. He got back to me right away and came right over. Our main sewer line was backing up. He looked at the distance to the street and said he did not have the tools for the job but instead he called another plumber for me and setup an appointment. (The other plumber came the next day and did a great job). When I asked Michael what I owed him for the visit he said I owed nothing. I was very impressed.

We noticed a small leak in our water heater on Sunday (Mother's Day), 5/10. It wasn't a major emergency - leaking about 5 gallons every 8 - 10 hours, so we could keep it contained. We called Michael late Sunday morning and he called us back late Sunday afternoon. He provided information so that I could drain out the water heater myself to stop it from leaking (he also offered to come and drain it himself, but that wasn't necessary). He told me he should be available around 9 - 9:30 AM the next morning (Monday) after an early job. He called Monday when he said he would and told me he'd be over in about 20 minutes. He and his co-worker Antonio pumped out the old water heater, removed it, and lugged it up from our basement (no small feat - it was an 80 gallon model). The took the old one away and picked up the model Michael and I had discussed. They returned and had the new one installed before 1:30 PM. Michael showed me the finished work, told me where to watch for any problems that he might need to come back to fix, reviewed the warranty paperwork, etc. The water heater has been working fine - no leaks and no issues with water temperature. I was very happy with the work and Michael's professionalism. I would certainly use him again.

He never called me back even though I left multiple voicemails. Very disappointed.

Mike is a very competent plumber with a meticulous eye and great skills. And he thinks quickly on his feet. Our job required some creative input as well, due to the positioning of the boiler under a new staircase in the townhouse, which is an historic property that we had gut-renovated. We admire Mike's seriousness; he always thinks through the issues in great detail before launching in to the work. He also very generously advised us on trouble-shooting a big problem in another building of ours that has an old hot water radiator system. We will certainly hire Mike again.

It went well. I'm quite pleased with Micheal Pluming service. I call him for all my pluming issues.He's courteous, professional, punctual and no nonsense. He cleans up after he services you. He comes a long way since he's located in Poughkeepsie area and I live closer to Connecticut but he's always makes his commitment to come and he's punctual, if not he calls to make you aware he's running a little late. I would recommend him to anyone and I have.

We live in an older mobile home and these projects turned out to be an "adventure" (per Mike) He handled everything beautifully. He removed the toilet and replaced a number of parts and reseated it. It's better now than when it was first installed. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and put in new lines. Also fixed a leaky bathroom fixture. He provided all parts. My husband and I were both very pleased and impressed with Mike. He obviously knew what he was doing, he is very responsive and very friendly and professional. He put in a lot of work and charged a very fair price. It is just so nice to deal with someone who is honest and responsible. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

I called after my pipe broke and basement room flooded and he showed up within a few short hours (right after another job). Actually earlier than I expected because he wasn't close to my home. Very quickly did work, very professional and clean. I have physical limitations so my laundry room wasn't the cleanest but, without saying a word, Michael and his helper just moved everything and handled the job. I am very impressed and I do need some other work and he is my new plumber. Price was far less than expected.

After not hearing back from another plumber who was going to do the work for over 3 weeks, I checked Angie's list and called Michael. I left a message which he returned in about an hour and a half. I explained the situation and he said he could come over the next day after 1:00. At about 2:00 he called to tell me he was on his way and what time he would get to my house. He arrived on time. He brought an assistant, and they fixed the pipe very quickly. While the first plumber I called, who saw the pipe, said it would take an hour, Michael fixed it in about 30 minutes. It's nice to find people who do what they say they are going to do. I think he did a very good job and I would definitely call him again.

We had a discussion, We went online to pick out a toilet. Manufacturer is Gerber the model is avalanche which has a very good rating. Yesterday he came quite late and installed the toilet. He didn't give me any of the paperwork for the toilet. He did not installed a avalanche he installed a Maxwell 1.6. So I went online to check out the Maxwell 1.6 and it was discontinued and bad ratings. He lied to me. He installed the Maxwell 1.6 when I was expecting a Avalanche. Since he lied to me I will not use him again.

He came promptly and completed the job professionally and easily. We've used him before (replaced water tank), he's friendly, knows what he's doing and charges reasonably.

Michael is knowledgeable and professional. He is honest and a perfectionist. He is the only plumber I would ever use. I trust his judgement completely. He also does heating and I'll be calling him to install new furnace when the time comes.

Mike and his crew Antonio came on time and saw the water softener downstairs and diagnosed the problem right away. He explained to me that the water softener had to be replaced and he would do it promptly after I get a new water softener from SEARS. Also he went upstairs to fix my handle on the toilet as well. I am very satisfied with his work so far and expect to use him for other projects around the house.

He cleared the drain with crystals and also gave me good advice on how to keep the drain clear.

Had a old water heater that they don't make anymore, rust out ,had to get a new setup. Mike did a great job, a real professional. I wouldn't think of getting anyone else, trust me on that.

Called Michael on a Saturday morning and he came late in the afternoon. He opened the ceiling where a stain had appeared indicating a leak from the upstairs shower. He found two pipes that had never been glued together when the house was built and glued these. One was tricky to get back together, but he succeeded with extra elbow grease. Price was reasonable and no extra charge for a Saturday.

I was installing a kitchen sink myself and was having issues with leaks. I finally gave up and called Michael about 12:00 pm. He answered the phone and told me he would be by later today. About an hour or so later, he called me and said that he rearranged his schedule and would be by in about 15 minutes. He was punctual and went right to work, fixing my mistakes. He stayed about 1-1 1/2 hours to make sure everything was connected and all leaks were repaired. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with his work. I think I found a new plumber as I will definitely be using Michael again.

After reading some positive reviews about Mike on Angie's List, I called him to install two whole house water filters. We played phone tag for a few days but we eventually arranged for a day and time. He seems very busy and he probably only responds to voicemails/emails after normal work hours. He told me he would arrive around 10am on Saturday but his previous job took longer than expected so he didn't arrive until 1pm. He did call around 12:30 to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, we walked down to my basement and reviewed the project. He got started and spent about 3 hours doing the work. When he was done, he taught me how to change the filters and other common issues that I may encounter over time. Overall, I am pleased with his service and I would use him again.
