The job actually turned out to be more involved than we origionally thought. The existing connections in the septic tank had to be repaired, the grade of the land became an issue and generally the routing of all the plumbing. Michael was able to contain this additional work in his estimate, much to our pleasure. We would difinitely recommend Michael to others and will be using him again as the need arises.

He showed up on time. Looked at the jobs that needed to be done. Went right to work. I was surprised at how quickly he finished everything. He didnt stand around or make 15 trips to the truck. Jobs were done well. No problems since.

Mike was able to fit us in right away. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Very happy with his work and would call him again.

At 5:45 pm on a Saturday we found ourselves with no hot water. I wasn't very hopeful about getting someone to come out, but I called Michael's and he was there within 45 minutes. He fixed the problem, was EXTREMELY reasonable in his charges, and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You're crazy if you don't use Michael as reputable, reasonable, reliable plumbers like him are a rarity these days. I'd give an A+ if that rating was an option.

Michael was very personable polite and called when he was delayed due to finishing up service prior to coming. I had a clogged kitchen sink due to years of build up. This is my mother's home and she has always had a very slow sink for years. Michael explained the pitch of the pipes is probably causing bad drainage and suggested that those kind of pipes were the ones that clog often. So he proceeded to snake clean at the wall. He slowly took care of the problem insuring all the way that it would not clog entire system on its way to the basement and out to the septic system. He tested many times to make sure the flow was good. He also asked to view the pipe in the basement to let me know if needed we may have to clean the pipe area where it meets the plastic piping. I was very happy with his knowledge and care of the whole project. Thanks so much Michael. I told him as a new home owner of this home, I will have his business card at the ready for any further problems.

Overall everything went smoothly and quickly from the moment Mike arrived to give us an estimate. He arrived on thursday to do an estimate and scheduled us for the following Saturday. He called us in advanced to inform us that he was on his way. We felt that was very nice to do. He arrived when he said he would and went instantly to work. We've enjoyed his friendly conversation as well as providing us with some helpful information, on how to maintain our plumbing in the bathroom. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend him.

We had a leaking (dripping) shower head that was getting worse by the day. Called Michael late one afternoon after reading good reviews on Angie's List. He came over next morning and fixed it right away. Very fair price ad entirely professional service. It was a fairly small repair but was hanlded very promptly and well. Would definately recommend and will call again for larger jobs.

Michael was prompt and polite. His bid to do the work was very reasonable compared to other bids.He came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. The new water heater did have problems. It was turning itself off and I would come home to cold water! The first time this happened I called Michael and he came out and got it going again. He couldn't find anything wrong with the heater or its sensors. However, the water heater shut off again a week or so later. He came out again (at no charge either time) and suggested a few things that could be wrong but still wasn't sure what the problem was. He started it again but said he would research the potential problems and that if it shuts off again that he might have to some extensive work in order to fix the problem. It shut off again. Michael came back out and tried the least invasive solution first and fortunately he found the problem (located in existing exhaust pipes) and corrected it. He was very prompt and always responsive and very reasonable in terms of what he charged. He took responsibility in seeking a solution to the problems with the shut-offs and was persistent in locating the problem which had nothing to do with his work or the heater that he installed.

In the early am, we noticed water backing up in our basement. After finding a referral from Angies List, I called the plumber and he responded within hours. He had to return to his shop for an extra long snake and he performed the work (unclogging of my system). In addition, he remained to observe (in my absence) the septic people who were cleaning out my system. In short, he advised (by phone) that I should not allow any further UNCLOGGING as my system should be serviceable. I trust this guy implicitly as I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty for my family.

I called them up and scheduled an appointment. They came out later that day. Everything went great. I have no complaints. Everything was done fairly professional. He had all of the equipment with him.

I called Mike promptly in morning after realizing that my pipes had backed up and there was sewage in my bathtub. Mike immediately answered and when asked how quickly I could get him on the scene he told me 30 minutes. Sure enough, less than 30 minutes later Mike was at the house and already working. He took a quick glance around the house, asked me a few questions about the plumbing that I could hardly answer, having just moved in, and went right to work. He cleaned the drain from the outside of the house to the septic tank and explained to me how much junk he was able to clean out. He then explained that it hadn't fixed my problem and started to work inside. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder as he cleaned the drains from the inside and got everything flowing again. He also advised me on how to operate all of the filtration devices in the house. He cleaned up after himself, wiped down all the surfaces that he'd gotten any dirt on and rigorously tested the plumbing running everything. Overall a positive experience and a headache relieved.

Emailed and received a response within 2 days and an apology for taking so long to get back to me. Called twice to confirm appointment within 24 hours of call back. Fixed indicated problems and insured that there were no other problems that I overlooked.

Quick response to request for service left on voice mail. Was able to immediately determine source of problems and diagnose repair.

It went great. When the first couple of things didn't work he kept trying. He didn't give up and always had another solution. He even gave me some good tips on how I can avoid this problem in the future.

He was very prompt, coming the same day I called which was a pleasant surprise. The leak proved to be a little tricky, but he stayed until it was fixed correctly. I would definitely hire him again.

I was in the middle of baking for the holiday when my kitchen faucet stopped dispensing water of any sort. This was Sunday. Michael had a heating job next day, so came on Tuesday and fixed everything in no time at all. I suppose I could have looked further for someone to come that day,but he was so professional and reasonable,I decided I could wait a day. I'm glad I did. He was prompt, professional, cleaned up after himself, and gave me exactly what I needed.

Efficient and very thorough, Michael worked through my list of plumbing repairs. He doggedly worked to repair/improve one of the toilet flushing, trying hard to get a replacement lever mechanism to function correctly. In the end, he reinstalled the previous lever (working but not a color match to new faucet) and got that to work consistently before leaving. Meticulous in making sure each and every plumbing item worked correctly and repeatedly. Will definitely see him again in the spring with more projects!
