Called Saturday morning of NYE weekend after spending the night with minimal heat. Dan the owner was nothing but professional on the phone and we scheduled a visit that day. After an already long day Mike arrived and was still professional and was able to diagnose our issues and took the time to walk us through everything. He was also able to give us heat for the night which was a plus. He offered to come out and Sunday but we discussed and waited till Tuesday. Mike was on time and able to get us up and running like new. His work was neat and clean. We had one subsequent issue arise but Dan was able to walk me through it that night and he came out the next day to fix it completely. Dan was professional and again walked us through everything and gave us an overview of our boiler as we are new to oil. We also had a cleaning preformed by Mike who again was on time and professional. He took time to show us what he cleaned and the old parts that were replaced. We have a 4yo and 18 mo old and both Dan and Mike were super sweet to them as well. I will definitely use Dan again and would recommend them to others as they were prompt, professional and cared about our issues.

Fantastic! We have used D Rohde 3 times now since moving into our 100year old home in July, and as we have plans to upgrade and renovate we will be using them again. I cannot say enough about how polite, professional, EXTREMELY clean they work. When Mike left our home after fixing our tub drain which had broken, and leaked all over our kitchen sink you never would have known there was anything repaired. The communication with Sue has always been exceptional, and they have been able schedule the repairs when it was convenient for us, rather than tell us when they can be here.

First I can not express how grateful I am to Susan! She was amazing as soon as I called! Was able to get someone to me same day, and made sure I had heat and hot water (November). It was truly a pleasure speaking with her, she is not just professional but truly cared about me and the issue I was having. Very much a family oriented business. John came out and again, eased my concerns and explained everything to me, and we came up with a game plan together to remedy the problems. I never felt overwhelmed or 'pushed' into repairs like some other places. You would be crazy not call them! Susan made my day!

I had them come out and review an issue and they gave me an estimate. They were very good and very nice. The issue that was happening in the house really didn't pertain to the estimate that I got. they came in and reviews what was going on in the house. They gave me an estimate on installing a filter, which we do need and air softener and replacing the toilet. There are things in the house that need to be done but it didn't pertain to issue I was having. The stuff that they recommended was probably helping the issue I was having but not necessarily get rid of the issue I was having. We had a hammering gone wrong everytime you flush the toilet. So I called them for that cause everytime I turn on the washer or flush the toilet, there was a hammering sound so they came in and investigated, number one we have an old toilet and it's downstairs and they saw we had an issue with the filter which is a big issue. We don't have a filter. So they recommended replacing those things. it turns out that the hammering that was happening actually had to do with an open faucet outside. So once we closed that up, that went away. The other issues are real and need to be taken care of. So they did bring up good, important facts. They were very professional. They were very nice. The issue that I had wasn't figured out by them. We actually figured it out on our own.

It went very well. Joe, the technician was extremely professional.

We have previously had a good experience with this vendor and shall work with them again.

They showed up when they said they would, did very nice work, and when I had a few hiccups after the fact, were very responsive in resolving everything. I'd definitely do business with Dan Rohde again and recommend him for any HVAC or plumbing work.

Professional job, neat, clean and completed on time. I had a couple of minor questions, Dan returned in a few days and made this an EXCELLENT job. Dan is dedicated to making his customer totally satisfied with his work.

When you find somebody great, you got to appreciate it. Throw in an "A" for kindness, and diligence, and all of that too.

The gentlemen were very diligent in finding exactly where the leak was. They needed to go out to get a replacement part; they returned in no time and were able to fix it. This is the second time I have used their services and they never disappoint!

The day they were scheduled to come, it rained all day. So, it was rescheduled for the next week. They arrived at the exact time they said they'd be there. Mike and his helper worked very efficiently. When they pulled the well pump and saw how clogged with mud it had been, Mike said he did not have to check the line to the house. He was sure that the water pump was the problem. They finished work outside first, as there were still threats of rain, and then came inside to replace the water tank. They laid down sheets on the floor so as not to track in mud. They worked solidly until the job was done, took all the old parts with them, and then presented me with a revised (down) bill as they had not needed to test the line connecting the well and the house.

Kevin and Mike arrived right on time. It was obvious that Kevin was new to the company as Mike was giving him a lot of direction. I am okay with that, everyone has to learn. Both were very professional. While there, Mike also looked at an issue I had with a dripping shower faucet. My wife did not want to cut open the sheetrock in her closet so Mike suggested that we replace the tub with a new fiberglass shower that way they could replace the valve in the wall and replace the valve in the wall and also add a new faucet. I am waiting on a price.

They said if I did not pay the extra money then they would leave the toilet off , so that means I would not had any working toilets.

He was very, very informative about air conditioning, because I was asking him questions. He was professional, punctual and he engaged in the work he was doing. Sometimes guys, they just do their jobs and not really that much into it. He was more like a professor and I was his student, he was teaching me all this stuff. I have a very good memory; I can retain knowledge. If you break it down to me and you teach me like I?m a 5 year old. He was able to do they and I liked that. He was the one that actually broke everything down and he was the one that was teaching me everything.

It went extremely well. We got three estimates and worked with the company who had the best plan for executing the job. Our water meter is very well hidden in our finished basement and there was no shut off valve for the water coming into the townhouse. Other plumbers were confused or had elaborate plans for placing a valve that would involve cutting numerous holes in sheetrock and placing access panels. Rhode's plumber had a straight forward, common sense plan that works great. Ditto on the gas lines. The price was fair, work done expertly and quickly. They will be doing all our plumbing work from now on.

They are always good, professional, price is reasonable. Will continue to use for all our boiler and household light plumbing.
