Everything was done quite professionally and I talked about other jobs that I needed to have done..Unfortunately, I think the fact that I live a distance away might have caused them not to call me to schedule another appt.

Description of Work: I found D. ROHDE HEATING AND PLUMBING on your site and because of their excellent ratings, I decided to use them. I had a leaking toilet and a leaking pipe coming from upstairs bathroom. The owner Dan fixed the toilet (no charge) and said he couldn't find a the leak I was talking about. | |I don't think I've ever had such professional, courteous and honest visit from a service provider. Will use them again in the near future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company.

Description of Work: Capped the gas line which was connected to our bbq grill. Now we can relocate our gas grill.

Description of Work: Dan came and did a tune-up for the $49 special. He told me that I was down some in refrigerant and that though I didn't have to do it right away, it would have to be done maybe next year. In discussing it, I found out that I have the "old" coolant, not environmentally allowed to sold any more. I decided to have all the coolant changed over to the newer kind and he gave me a good price for doing so. They had to change the date of service once because the weather was too cool, but it was rescheduled soon after. Danny did that work and I have been very happy with it all.

Description of Work: Tuned up the boiler and changed the filters. They also advised me about upgrading the boiler and well maintenance. Will definitely use them for future plumbing projects.

Description of Work: Added frion to A/C unit. Checked for any cracks and leaks. I don't know if the price they charged was higher or lower than average because I did not shop around.

Description of Work: appointment made for 8-10AM today. When no one showed by 12N with no call to explain why, I called Mr. Rhodes and left a message that I was very upset. Shortly after, his employee called by the name of Danny and came to the house. He was very informative, spent at over and hour checking my air conditioner and explaining things to me . Found that the air conditioner was in good shape and needed nothing done to it. Very professional and I would call Mr. Rhodes company again if needed.

Description of Work: My A/C was not working. Dan sent a man over to try and fix it but it was a complicated wiring issue. So Dan came himself a few days later and fixed it in 20 minutes.

Description of Work: They did a good job with the plumbing aspect of the job. I had difficulty when one of the pipes they removed out started leaking this brown water. They gave me the run around about coming back to stop the leak. Also they miscommunicated with their excavator. The excavator still has not come back to regrade my yard. It just looks like pile of dirt. The excavator is also giving me the run around. It's been a month or so since the job was finished and they still did not come back to rake. I would not use them again for the issues that arose and they do not make it a priority to fix the problem.

Description of Work: The representative fixed a problem that a different firm hadn't remedied, and he even addressed an additional problem that we didn't realize was plumbing related. He explained everything clearly. We've used them in the past and will certainly call them again.

He even called me when he was 15 minutes from our home, which is a nice-to-have but just speaks to a higher quality of service. | |He came to my home to fix my central AC and fixed it within 2 hrs. What more can you expect? A++

Description of Work: Serviced 2 units, repaired freon leak and filled compressor. Professional and very helpful. Carefully explained the required work.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet. Very prompt and professional. Had a problem with the faucet soon after installation (not the fault of the plumber). He came back and addressed the issue the same day I called. Great guy!!
