Description of Work: The tech showed up on time. Inspected my heating system. Pointed out a few things that should be changed right away and a few things that could wait. The tech also explained and showed me all parts that needed to be replaced. He was very patient and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We had no heat. The gas furnace would not fire up. The technician stayed with us until the heat was restored. He had to find a pat and then went directly to distributor to procure it. He was very professional in all aspects. He solved a problem that had stumped several technician from another firm. I would highly recommend for your heating problems.

Description of Work: It was not clear to me on Angie's List that D.Rohde charges more than the $55 I paid for working on oil burners nor was it clear that they are not licensed in Putnam county. D.Rohde responded immediately to my e-mail and informed me that of these things after I had contracted them through Angie's List. They were courteous, on time, professional, and far more expensive than I had anticipated. Since they are not licensed in Pyutnam County they could only service and clean my boiler, not replace any parts. Not D.Rohde's fault, I feel it was Angie's List fault for not making it clear that the $55 service was for natural gas burners ONLY and that D.Rohde is not licensed in Putnam County.
