I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the molding that we replaced on your attic, dropdown stairs. I wish that I could say that we are exemplary carpenters, however, I think it is obvious that we are not in that business. We bought new molding and painted everything to make it look blended in. We asked, before we left, it it was to your satisfaction, it appears you were hesitant to tell us of the imperfect carpentry. To be clear, the attic stairs that were fixed are still fully functional, it was just the molding, and again, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. As for the thermostat, we had another appointment set up for two weeks after the installation to install the thermostat that we neglected to replace when we were there. It was a minor oversight, and we had mutually agreed upon waiting for us to be out for the other service work that needed to be done on your plumbing. I apologize if that was unacceptable, but it seemed as though you were amiable to the idea of waiting until we were there for other work in order to save a lengthy trip. We greatly appreciate your patience. It appears as though there are no complaints about the Heat Pump installation. We are pleased to know we were able to provide you with a clean, competent, and affordable solution to your heating needs. I apologize if the molding and the thermostat were such weighing factors in our overall installation. We worked very hard to make sure we came through with our timing, workmanship, and cost. It was a challenging installation, however, it appears as though, despite a couple of minor, yet frustrating issues, we were able to come through. We appreciate the input and we will work diligently to not overlook the little things that can ruin a quality installation. Thanks for the review.
