Service was fast and professional. There was a valve plug that needed to be replaced in my tub faucet. I located where it could be found because I knew it would not be easy to find. They were going to get the part, and install it in my tub, but they never returned. Leaky faucet was fixed, so I was content with that and the bill was so reasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised they they used modern technology, consisting of a Square card reader and smartphone, to take my payment. This, combined with there courteous professionalism, will ensure I call them again for additional work.

Tech showed up right on time and came into my house with the shoe cover, which was very nice. At the end, tech explained list of work performed and sent me an invoice via email. Overall, I am very happy and will use them again.

Very well. Dany Camacho was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He explained everything and i will follow up with his recommendations . He will also give me an estimate for my water heater expansion tank / valve replacement.

The guys showed up on time and were professional. At the end of the appointment, they came back to me with items that are starting to go but indicated there was no need to fix them at this time. They provided price estimates so I was armed with the knowledge when I was able to get them fixed. No high pressure or lying to try and get a sale. They did a great job

Worked quickly and neatly, so most important items are good. Worse part is the guy they s3nd never want credit card always cash an no receipt. But they are polite and overall good.

It went fine. The young man was prompt, courteous, he was careful not to damage the fencing that surrounds the outside unit - which has been damaged before- so I was pleased about that as well. He was also very quick and professional in his demeanor. No complaints.

Pro: 1) Punctuality: Dan was on time. He was not a minute early nor late. 2) Professionalism: He addressed me with respect, not like I was a burden to him nor a child. He was able to explain to me what he was doing without talking down to me, but in terms that a person not employed in his field could understand. 3) Integrity: Dan identified several potential problems with my AC unit; however, was honest enough to tell me to what degree they would impact proper functionality. He didn't try any high pressure sales techniques and explained what would need to be done by when and for how much. He offered alternatives as well. 4) Proficiency: I asked Dan many plumbing questions not related to the offer and most likely kept him slightly longer than he needed to be there. Again, he never acted like I was an inconvenience and was very knowledgeable in his field. He informed about services his company could offer in regards to the issues my residence may have. Again, I asked him, he didn't try selling me on services that I did not inquire about. I learned much from him. Con: 1) None

Upon walking in, he immediately diagnosed the lack of water flow from the basement line, thru the basement ceiling, up into the kitchen area, was the saddle valve connection from reg water line to the smaller copper line. Finding it took great patience on his part. After finding it, he put in nice connections from the copper line to the back of the refrigerator. Probably will never leak again.

It went very well. They were on time. They fixed the problem that was causing my AC unit to not work properly and they thoroughly inspected the other units. I was very happy with the service.

He came on time and introduced himself, and I showed him the air conditioner unit. It was not running at the time, and the circuit breaker had to be reset. An animal shorted it out. He cleaned all around the conditioner and do the work described above in about an hour. He explained to me that the price of r22 keeps going up and up due to the scarcity of it. The price for the first two pounds was $250.00, which to me, is a little high. He was very pleasant and explained all that he was doing.

Due to storm conditions, the service person showed up late- to our surprise. We didn't expect anyone would be able to work that night due to the storm and hadn't heard from them, so we were pleased when someone did arrive. The gentleman was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Turned out, the system needed several parts replaced, at a substantial cost and considering the age of the a/c unit, it wasn't in our best interest to have the work done. They gave us reasonable quotes for a new central air system, which at first we would have done. However, being seniors on SS, we considered the expense and decided not to go that route and just installed window units. So far so good. We were pleased that they applied the coupon to the service call. I would recommend D Rohde to anyone needing help for plumbing and heating/ac.

After I purchased this special deal, the vendor emailed me and I called for an appointment. The service man came on time ad quietly went about his work. He mentioned to me that I need to put in new filters more often. I mentioned that I might be interested in replacing my furnace since it is so old. He said he would have someone call me to discuss that, but no one every contacted me. Otherwise, the service was fine.

Very well, not only did they fix the problem but improved my compressor.

it was suggested that the electrical outlet needed to be upgraded so it can hold an additional unit which was suggested at $2,000.00 not to mention the unit itself will cost approximately $10K-$12K

When I called to make the appointment I was surprised at how soon they could put me on the schedule. The appointment was made for a Friday at 10am. At around 9:45that day I was called to say they were running late and would arrive sometime after 11. When the tech arrived he introduced himself and immediately went right to work. It was extremely hot outside but he took his time to make sure the AC unit was working fine. Any questions I had he took his time to explain and answer. He found some things that might need to be replaced down the road but didn't push to have them done now,. I had some questions regarding the inside programmable thermostat and he showed me how disable the program and use the manual control. I am very happy with the professionalism and courtesy the tech showed. I will consider their service again in the future.

He had to come twice, since he has to buy motor from warehouse. Motor cost on Amazon was $150, They charged $650 for total.

After some phone tag and rescheduling due to emergencies the provider was dealing with due to the extreme cold, service was provided. The tech arrived at my home, was very professional and completed the work requested. There was no attempt at up-sell and he pointed out a few things I'll need to address in the future. I am very happy with the service provided and they will be considered for any future work I may have.

First, the company did not contact me within the allotted time designated by Angie's List through the details of one of their Big Deals. Additionally, after the technician arrived and completed the work he tried telling me I owed more than the agreed amount through the big deal. His reasoning was that more work is needed for an oil burning boiler. However, the big deal agreement did not say anything about an additional cost for oil burning boilers. He insisted it isn't there because Angie's list can't account for the differences in furnaces. I refused to pay more than the agreed amount in the big deal and so he left in a huff. Afterwards, I began noticing my relief valve kept releasing water, which wasn't common before his work, and I also found my water temperature gauge was turned to max heat which was causing our water to be scalding hot. I was not happy with the sketchy behavior from the company and their workers and so would not recommend them to anyone else.
