They were very polite and there really was no issues. They were rather expensive I felt for what they were doing.

They did they work on time and as quoted. Work was done in a neat manner.

They cleaned up the mess and they were very good. I did like their services. Anytime I had a problem, they were the one's I go to. I didn't had any complaints with them whatsoever.

I have used them many times. They do great service. Their price is very good. They are on time.

Always does excellent work. His crews know how to trim a tree to make it looks good and continue in good health. His removal crew was fast and efficient. They cleaned up the yard after the tree was removed and took everything away.

They showed up when they said they wold show up, the had a full crew of guys, along with a guy in an aerial bucket, which allowed them to trim all the way at the top of the trees. They had the whole thing done, and cleaned up in less than 45 minutes. I will certainly use them again!

They are reliable and reasonably priced. I spent probably $2500 or so. They were fine and it was done very perfectly. I had two good experiences with them and one bad experience. When they worked for the town that I live in they took down a tree that was on town property and they just dropped it in my front my front yard and left and that I was not happy about. They came and picked it up later, but it was after 6 and there were bees all over the neighborhood. When they worked for me they were fine and did a good job. I think that they provide good service and their prices are better than the other tree service company I used. I would use them again.

We were called prior to the crew arriving to confirm that the time was convenient for us. The three removals were done quickly and safely and the trimming left the two trees looking much better than they had before. The job was completed in an extremely professional manner and the site was perfectly clean before they left. I would strongly recommend Hefferin Tree service.

GREAT, FAST, & CLEAN

I was very happy with the price and the professionalism; it was really quite good. All their equipment is beautiful and the guys are dressed professionally. It was a very pleasant experience and they were very professional. I?ve used them in the past. They came the day after I called to do the estimate and within two days of my call the job was done.

Frank came over and gave us an estimate on the work we wanted done. He listened to what our concerns were, gave us good information, and helped prioritize the work (since we thought we might do the work in stages). There was no attempt to talk us into doing more. The work crew was busy this summer with all the storms, so we couldn't get the actual work done right away, which was fine. When the workers came, everyone was professional and did a great job.

This is the third job we've had done by this company. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about trees and their condition, and honest about what can and cannot reasonably be done. He and his crew come when scheduled and do the job as stated, and clean up meticulously. They are extremely conscientious, to the point of coming to check on the condition of the planted trees, unasked, during a particularly bad heat spell, when we were out of town. We strongly recommend this company. Worth every penny.

The work was scheduled quickly and they cleaned up after the work. However, he said he was going to grind the stump 8 inches below ground level, and it turned out they only went about 3 or 4 inches. Another time, we asked him to trim some of the trees in the backyard, he came to look and said there wasn't much to trim. He probably felt the job was too small. A month later, a big branch came down in our backyard. That's exactly why we wanted him to do the trimming, to prevent this kind of things from happening in the first place. Also, a few times he said he was going to call or show up and he never did.

Work was done punctually at time agreed upon. Everything was cleaned up after work was done. Work involved climbing to a great height which was skillfully done. This company has worked for me several times in past taking care of trees and giving advice.
