Arrived very soon after initial call. Polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Very happy Angie's List re ommended them to me.

Adam(Pest Control) was on time, price seemed reasonable. Was very informative. Also said that at this time we did not need his service. Give it some time and call if we need his service.

The guys got here earlier than expected (a good thing, they called and asked if that was ok). Once they got here they found an additional small nest that i hadn't spotted, but the main one that i had contacted them about was pretty much dead. I had sprayed it myself but due to the location (under my pool deck) I wasn't able to really get in there and spray it as much as i thought would be necessary. It seems I did a good enough job and after a couple of days it had started to fall apart. They did spray around the entire pool deck to make sure there was nothing else under there, since i'm going to have folks over for the holiday weekend i really appreciated that. I contacted Masters after concerns with another pest control company’s lack of services and after researching new companies. Reviews were great and truly accurate. Donnie came out and gave us a thorough inspection and estimate and then returned promptly for the first of our quarterly services. We had a lot of concerns and questions because we bought a cabin but they reassured us and informed us what to look for.

The installation of the traps was last year and there was a larger charge for installation and the first year combined. We met once beforehand. I was out of town when they did it. It was neat and fast and basically invisible. They check every month, report what they find, and bill me once a year. It's a no brainer.

They were very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. They were thorough and quick. Only took about 8 minutes for 2 guys to spray my whole house. So we didn't need to stay closed in very long! They gave me a guarantee for their work in case we have any trouble in the near future with the wasps.

I'm very pleased with the service provided. Mike was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. He treated all of the baseboards in my home (with a pet-friendly product) and will return in a couple of weeks to do the exterior due to heavy snow around the foundation at present. The treatment was done yesterday and I haven't seen any bugs at all today. I signed up for quarterly exterior treatments in order to maintain a bug-free home. In addition, I plan to have Masters treat my backyard patio and the shrubs surrounding my home in the Spring so that we can enjoy our porch and yard without worrying about bugs.

Overall we were pleased with the response, ease of scheduling and punctuality of Master's, so when they came out and gave an estimate, even though they were higher than some other companies we went with them. We have since had to call them back as some spiders started to show up again but again they were easy to work with.

I was very satisfied with the honesty of the Master representatives!! They provided us with a solution that we could do ourselves, at a minimal cost. At the same time they advised us that if this didn't resolve our an problem that they would be pleased to return and conduct the necessary interior trap placement and spray the exterior with the proper applicant. In addition, they provided us with a written estimate of the cost that they would charge if we elected to have them provided the necessary services. Their honesty is unheard of these days. I would recommend them without hesitation and would call them, whenever I have a pest problem in the future. Congratulations to a highly professional and family operated business!!

This was my first experience with an exterminator of any kind but the yellow jackets had to go. Masters got back to me within a half day of my inquiry, were quick and responsive about my appointment and within 10 minutes of their technician, Adam, showing up - no more yellow jackets in the house. Not only did he show up exactly on time, but he explained everything thoroughly and completely taking patience with all the questions and worries I had. I feel good about having supported a local family-owned business to take care of what I needed sorted. Top notch and exceeded expectations in all respects, which is what you want when you have an insect problem in the house.

I felt it was very thorough Tyler the service person seemed very competent, have not seen alive ant since but, have seen plenty of dead ones.

Great. These guys really know what they are doing. They understand the specific pest they are dealing with and how to treat the issue. They are not like many pest control companies that just throw chemicals down without really understanding the issue or how to deal with it.

Upon moving a bookcase, we found evidence of carpenter ant infestation. Our house is in Pennsylvania on a wooded lot. We contacted Masters and their response was prompt. The technicians were friendly and very informative. They took the time to explain everything. We now know more about carpenter ants than we ever expected. Seriously, their explanations as well as their actual work demonstrated a thorough knowledge. They clearly knew what they were doing and our initial good impression of their skill was verified by complete eradication of an extensive ant infestation. We are carpenter ant free and because our surroundings are conducive to carpenter ant infestation we opted for the maintenance plan. In conclusion: The office we contacted is in Milford, Pa. We use Masters for quarterly pest control. Mice and bugs. We have been using them for about two years and they are great. They come whenever we need them Everything is included in the annual fees.

The quarterly treatment was effective as usual.. I have used Masters for nearly 8 years for rodent and insect control. On the first night after I moved into my new house, I encountered a large water rat rummaging around the unpacked boxes in my living room. I was petrified. I called Masters the next morning and they sent someone right away. That was 8 years ago, and I have been using their services ever since. They have taken care of my problems with rats, mice, yellow jacket nests, carpenter ants and other "uninvited "guests". Their office is very nice to deal with and so is the owner. At one point this past year, I was concerned that I might have a bedbug infestation in my home as the result of a recent trip. The Masters tech performed the inspection and reassured me that there was no infestation. I was so relieved. Most of all, I appreciated his integrity. I'm sure there are some pest control companies out there who take advantage of worried homeowners, but I've found the people at Masters to be honest. That means a lot.

They were very nice cordial guys. They do a good job. When they take care of something, it stays taken care of.

He was good. He was a little pricey but he did a good job. I would probably use him again. My tenants were happy with him and I didn’t get any negative feedback.

They saw the actual problem and Terminix never did. They came out and the very first treatment was a complete turn around. They are very responsive and if you see any evidence or problems between treatments they come right back out.

After having another exterminator (national company - local franchise) for 2 years and becoming increasingly unhappy with their "service" (a guy would spend 10 minutes, max, at the cabin, put a few puffs of some kind of powdered insecticide and then leave - and it cost me over $100 per visit - I decided to look for a local company. Masters came out and did a thorough inspection and treatment. They addressed problems I knew I had with carpenter ants that the other guys didn't come close to correcting or even acknowledging. Masters' technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and flexible. They come on time and they are do a great job. The difference between Masters and the prior company was immediate. I had dead and dying carpenter ants all over the place for a few weeks after they first came out. They have done two additional treatments since then. The last time I was there I saw no evidence whatsoever of any ants, either the insects themselves or the sawdust they generate. I am so happy I switched to this company!

Overall I wish they performed services in the new area that I am moving to.

I have a contract with them and they come four times a year. We regularly call them because we have lot of mice for years and I tried to take care of myself but it didn't work. I called them and they took care of it right away. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They talk to you about the poison they use. They spray for bugs outside the house and tell you keep the windows closed while doing that. I needed them in my shed because of the mice and rats. They do whatever you ask them to do. Once my wife had a problem with spiders, they came back for another visit for nothing. We pay them a yearly price but if you have other issues in between, you just call them and they come and do without any charge.

We contacted Masters Pest Control because we had been hearing noises in the walls of our house. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment to come to our house. The technician (Adam) reviewed our problems and carried our an inspection inside and outside of our house. He recommended laying bait traps outside the house, in the garage, and in the attic. We agreed and he carried out the work. We had a follow-up appointment two weeks after the initial and then 4 weeks after the second appointment. The noises and any evidence of the mice has stopped. All of the technicians who have come to our house have been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They seem to run behind schedule but they always contact us to inform us on that day. We have signed up for the year round pest services so we are looking forward to their services for all the other pests that are around our house.

WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH MASTERS PEST CONTROL. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH BUGS THANKS TO THEIR MONTHLY TREATMENTS ON OUR HOME.
