Adam is great! We had an animal of some sort chew through a garage seal and a side door seal. Adam was able to come over, explain everything and give us a few options of what could be done. He was honest, fair, thorough and explained every part of the process.

Worst company I’ve ever been involved with. They barely spray for 10 minutes and charge almost 200$. LOUSY SERVICE, I would NEVER hire again. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!! STEER CLEAR FROM MASTERS!

I paid Masters $900 for service for over a year. They sprayed and it did nothing. I called them to have them come out after a month and thats where it went downhill. The lady on the phone sucking her teeth and cant speak in complete sentences. They did such a bad job they refunded my money thank god. You have to be a special kind of stupid to mess up pest control.

The service went very well. After following the technicians follow up instructions, I’ve seen a significant decrease in flea activity.

Excellent! The specialists/ technicians were on time (even early ) and very thorough. We had a 4 foot hornets nest in the wall . It was terrible. We were getting hornets in the house and they were flying around the interior and exterior of the home. I had tried to kill them myself but there were too many. We simultaneously had a flea infestation(We live in a rural area). We speculate an animal had died in the vicinity. The technicians sprayed for both at a very reasonable price and did full follow-ups. They gave us full, detailed inspection reports, citing all the work . they completed. I would recommend this company to anyone with insect issues!

As usual, Masters is the best for any sort of household pest problem. Since last year has been especially bad for mice (warm winter / minor snowfall), I opted for 90 day checks of locked, baited traps that were installed this past winter. Each check is carefully noted by individual trap to monitor for any activity and I am provided a detailed progress report. Since the 1st check this year, I can gratefully report that there has been almost zero evidence of mice, whereas before, they were practically dancing on my stove - right in front of me... This last visit combined an exterior building spray as I had two large wasp nests next to windows. Tyler made the service quick and efficient, and it yielded better results than expected (again, as usual): for the visible wasps, there were about double the quantity nesting underneath siding! The treatment comes with a 45 day guarantee so I will have no worries about wasps dive-bombing me for the rest of the season. I cannot recommend the service and high quality professionalism of Masters enough.

I have had masters coming to my home for several years to take care of the wasps that love to build their nests on my home. They do an outstanding job and all the personnel I have encountered over the years are thorough and courteous. This company is a pleasure to deal with.

It was great. They actually came out 3 times to re-bait and then seal the hole they found. They explained the whole process very well so I knew what they were doing the whole time. The workers were great.

We hired Masters, based on Angie's List reviews, for a pest issue at our home in Sussex County, NJ. They were EXACTLY as advertised!!! Their office staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. They were highly professional in working with us to set up appointments that met with our busy work/life schedules. They sent over "Trace" to complete the initial assessment and first two treatments--he was absolutely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also extremely thorough.

Masters Pest control made an appointment for me only a few short days after my call, and called to remind me the night before. They were on time, dressed professionally, and friendly. I took them into my home, and they seemed knowleable about their profession. The price they offered seemed fair, and included two return visits. In conclusion: I give Pest Masters control an A.
