you are absolutely right. My name is Bob Masters and I take full responsibility for this situation. Actually you had a written proposal of $150 plus tax, however when I was scheduling the technicians day, I had incorrectly entered the price as $325 plus tax. The tech was going off the information he had on his route. Honestly, had this not been brought to our attention, it would have never been caught. A costly mistake indeed, but an honest mistake none the less. You will be receiving a check from Masters Pest Control for the difference between the quoted price ($150) and the charged price ($325) plus an additional 20% (20% of $150 = $30) for the inconvenience. Your total refund check will be $205. All I ask is that you consider Masters Pest Control for your future pest control needs and in the event of an unlikely inconsistency, call us. It should be a little obvious based on our reviews that we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Respectfully, Bob Masters
